Subject of this bachelor´s thesis is to develop project documents of multifunctional building in Brno – Líšeň. The building has 2 floors and 2 underground floors. On the first floor there are leasable spaces (shops). On the second floor there are leasable spaces (office, doctors). On the first underground floor there are also leasable spaces (office, doctors). On the second underground floor there is car parking. The netrance do the parking floor is secured by outdoor ramp. Structural systém of building is cast-in-place rainforced concrete. The building is based on simple fundation pads and strip foundations. An internal staircase is cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The roofs of the building are designed as warm flat roofs.
Childern´s Sanatorium Ostrov u Macochy
Zemánek, Pavel ; Vostrejž, Dušan (referee) ; Odvárka, Antonín (advisor)
The architectural study deals with the design of Childern´s sanatorium with speleotherapy in Ostrov u Macochy. Design works with the idea of connecting with the surrounding nature, responds to the slopping terrain and tries to fulfill a comprehensive construction program. A characteristic element is the use of natural material – wood within the curtaing walling, which defines the architectural expression of the building. Emphasis is placed on renewable energy sources.

Dočkal, Tomáš ; Zemánek, Pavel (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
The thesis deals with definition of safety, traceability systems, creation of PLC programs for testing device control system and creation of Operator panel software. The thesis is divided into the machine specification and description, OP function description including function keys and the description of the control system with samples of the completed PLC program. The PLC program is written in STL and FBD language in STEP7. The conclusion describes functionality of the device.
Digital controller for heating a press for molding plywood based on Simatic S7-1500, TIA Portal V12
Lesák, Michal ; Zemánek, Pavel (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis deals with design of digital controller for heating press for molding plywood. The theoretical part is based on the scientific literature defines terms concerning hardware and software, which will use it for the controller design. The practical part, which will be made in the bachelor thesis, includes a controller design, which is performed by Totally Integrated Automation Portal from Siemens. Another, more work is engaged, the display and control with Basic panel of the second generation. The resulting controller will then be forwarded to the company Dieffenbacher as a function block, which can be put into practice.

The control system of the machine for the manufacture of special springs
Šálek, Jan ; Zemánek, Pavel (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with design and implementation of a machine manufacturing specific sort of springs which are used in fluorescent light covers. The machine consists of a PLC automaton, servomotors, which purpose is the springs' bending and shaping, and a touchscreen/touch panel as the user interface. Non-qualified operating staff has been concidered in the design, therefore all the functionality is to be easily accessible and user-friendly.
Optical Micromanipulation Techniques Combined with Microspectroscopic Methods
Pilát, Zdeněk ; Prášil,, Ondřej (referee) ; Mojzeš, Peter (referee) ; Zemánek, Pavel (advisor)
Předložená dizertační práce se zabývá kombinací optických mikromanipulací s mikrospektroskopickými metodami. Využili jsme laserovou pinzetu pro transport a třídění živých mikroorganismů, například jednobuněčných řas, či kvasinek. Ramanovskou spektroskopií jsme analyzovali chemické složení jednotlivých buněk a tyto informace jsme využili k automatické selekci buněk s vybranými vlastnostmi. Zkombinovali jsme pulsní amplitudově modulovanou fluorescenční mikrospektroskopii, optické mikromanipulace a jiné techniky ke zmapování stresové odpovědi opticky zachycených buněk při různých časech působení, vlnových délkách a intenzitách chytacího laseru. Vyrobili jsme různé typy mikrofluidních čipů a zkonstruovali jsme Ramanovu pinzetu pro třídění mikro-objektů, především živých buněk, v mikrofluidním prostředí.
Fresnel Incoherent Correlation Holography (FINCH)
Bouchal, Petr ; Zemánek, Pavel (referee) ; Chmelík, Radim (advisor)
This master’s thesis develops a novel method of digital holography, from recent studies known as Fresnel Incoherent Correlation Holography (FINCH). The method enables the reconstruction of the correlation records of three-dimensional objects, captured under quasi-monochromatic, incoherent illumination. The experimental system is based on an action of a Spatial Light Modulator, driven by computer generated holograms to create mutually correlated beams. Both optical and digital parts of the experiment can be carried out using procedures of classical holography, diffractive optics and digital holography. As an important theoretical result of the master’s thesis, a new computational model was proposed, which allows to describe the experiment completely with respect to its two basic phases. The proposed model allows to understood the method intuitively and can be used additionally for analysis and interpretation of the imaging parameters and the system optimalization. The theoretical part of the master’s thesis also presents a detailed description of the correlation imaging based on an appropriate reconstruction process. Computational models were developed for both monochromatic and quasi-monochromatic illumination. In experimental part, all theoretical results were verified. The imaging parameters were examined using standard resolution target tests and appropriate biological samples. As an original experimental result, spiral modification of the system resulting in a vortex imaging was proposed and realized. Here, a selective edge enhancement of three-dimensional objects is possible, resulting in a significant extension of possible applications of the method.
