In my bachelor thesis I would like to explore a painting approach analogous to the processes in nature. How the landscape transforms through artists into artwork. I create a structural archetype, a matrix with which I continue to work. But the resulting image becomes a matrix under the matrix, which as the imprint of the physical approach represents the spiritual message, the existential essence. A similar fact to this approach is my relationship to the landscape.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the preparation of project documentation for the construction of the detached house with the establishment of copy centre. The building is situated in hilly terrain on the outskirts of the village Drásov. It is the house with two storeys and partial basement. The buiding is roofed with a flat single-layer roof.

63 10 Závěr Vznik ECB představoval z historického pohledu nepochybně významný krok v procesu evropské integrace. Nejen tím, že ECB převzala plnou odpovědnost za jednotnou měnovou politiku v eurozóně a jednotlivé členské státy se vzdaly měnové suverenity, ale i vytvořením společné měny jakožto jediného zákonného platidla v zemích měnové unie. Lze tedy říci, že vznikem ECB se myšlenka jednotné evropské měny stala skutečností. Odpovědnost ECB za vývoj a kvalitu společné měny sebou přinesla nezbytný požadavek její nezávislosti. Jak jsme uvedli, ta se skládá z několika různých aspektů a právní zakotvení ECB jí umožnilo všem uvedeným předpokladům vyhovět. Jedinečné postavení ECB mezi orgány EU vyplývá nejenom z nezávislosti jí zaručené, ale také ze specifických úkolů svěřených ECB komunitárním právem. Toto právo jí zajišťuje významné postavení mezi orgány EU, jak jsme předvedli při jejich vzájemném srovnání. Podle mého názoru je znovu nutné zdůraznit tu skutečnost, že ECB má samostatnou, od Společenství oddělenou právní subjektivitu. V souvislosti s rozšířením členské základny v eurozóně a následně Rady guvernérů jakožto hlavního rozhodovacího orgánu ECB byla učiněna významná reforma, která se týká systému hlasování v tomto orgánu. Extraterritorial application of Community law to the supervision over mergers

This diploma thesis analyses extraterritorial application of acquis communautaire on merger control. The aim of this work is to take down current state of development of law in this area, identify actual questions and problems and introduce methods that could possibly solve those problems. The introductory chapter defines the theme and goals of this work and deals with resources used. The second chapter explains the European legal regulation system of merger control. Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 of 20 January 2004 on the control of concentrations between undertakings holds a central role in this system. European Commission is a competition authority of European Communities and in order to protect competition on common market it proceeds also against companies that operate outside European territory. The third chapter explores the ways how European Commission derives a legal basis of such extraterritorial jurisdiction. The most appropriate means of jurisdictional derivation regarding merger control appears to be an effects doctrine. Next chapter identifies problems connected with extraterritorial application of European competition law, such as conflict of jurisdictions, limits of national competition laws, multijurisdictional merger thicket, substantial differences in laws and different market...
