The trends in older book culture in social networks

1 Abstract The presented Bachelor thesis deals with the publication of contributions on the social network Twitter which discuss the topic of older book culture. The aim of this thesis is to outline the trends in the field of presentation of older book culture. In order to fulfill the project of this thesis, Twitter accounts are divided into groups: according to the operator (institutional and private) and the type of contributions published (information concerning events, libraries and other events related to older library culture; photographs; database of other published contributions). The analysis of Twitter accounts was carried out based on of an annual examination of these accounts. The actual research of the accounts was undertaken based on of their division into groups mentioned above. It was taken into account that each of the accounts can fall into multiple categories. The research was focused mainly on the evaluation of the frequency of contributions and their impact, the way they were being shared and commented. The contribution of Václav Hanka to the Czech bibliography

The aim of this bachelor thesis is a critical analysis of the Czech incunabula bibliography compiled by the Czech bibliographer Václav Hanka, its evaluation as a relevant bibliographical tool and drawing a comparison between Hanka's work and the findings of the current Czech bibliography. As for the extent and content of all bibliographical records, it is clear that Hanka's listing is inconsistent. The length of the records ranges from one line to several pages, the content varies from a short entry and a very detailed information. On closer inspection, several problems were found that diminish its value as a reliable bibliographical source: incomplete details pertaining to existing copies of incunabula and insufficient information about secondary sources. Whoever uses the bibliography thus also has to search for information in other sources. Comparison with other bibliographies reveals several missing items in Hanka's bibliography.

Inclusion in the Pre-school Education System

The rigorosum thesis deals with the inclusive education in nursery schools in the Czech Republic. It is based on specialized literature, an overview of legislative changes in preschool education and longtime experience of its author, a preschool special educator. The thesis consists of three parts. The first, theoretical one, defines basic concepts and cornerstones of school inclusion as well as the role of its main actors from the point of view of both positive and negative impacts the school inclusion may have on them. It also brings a brief outline of the preschool inclusive systems in Great Britain, Sweden, Norway and Finland. The second part gives an overview of the preschool inclusive education in the framework of current Czech education system including some information and experience gained during the author's professional carrier. Personal experience of visits to some nursery schools in Sweden and Finland is also included. The third part of the thesis brings findings of a quantitative survey oriented to expert and lay attitudes to the preschool inclusion. It examines the attitudes and opinions of some inclusion actors, namely professional teachers and parents, in the first years of its implementation providing a perspective on preparedness of the respondents for inclusion. Stereoscopic projection

This graduation thesis deals with a special case of a double-central projection - the stereoscopic projection, whereas the position of the centres of projection and the projection plane is adjusted to the conditions of the human vision. The thesis introduces a brief historical development of the imaging and the stereoscopy itself, basic biological and optical characteristics of a human eye and vision and the principles of stereoscopic projection. Furthermore it occupies with the procedures of making stereoscopic drawings and photographs along with the methods of their observation and creating some necessary tools using generally available materials. The end of this thesis is devoted to the possibilities of not only practical usage of the stereoscopy, but mainly of its application in the descriptive geometry teaching. Partial slip in liquids studied with high-frequency shear oscillations

Byl studován kontakt mezi koulí a deskou pod tangenciálním zatížením ve vodě. Jako zdroj střižných kmitů byl použit akustický rezonátor (křemíkové mikrováhy – QCM). Kontakt koule s povrchem resonátoru indukuje změnu resonanční frekvence a šířky pásma. Byla měřena změna frekvence f a změna šířky pásma v závislosti na amplitudě oscilací. S rostoucí amplitudou docházelo k poklesu f a růstem , což je chování typické pro parciální skluz. Díky aplikaci Cattaneo-Mindlinova modelu byl vypočítán kontaktní poloměr a třecí koeficient. Kontaktní poloměr při nízké amplitudě stoupal při zvětšujícím se normálovým zatížením. Tato závislost se dobře shodovala s JKR modelem. Třecí koeficient se nacházel v odpovídajícím rozsahu. Při zvyšování externí normálové síly, docházelo k nepatrnému snižování hodnoty třecího koeficientu. Toto chování je vysvětleno příspěvkem adhezivních sil k totální normálové síle. Výpočtem byly získány dva typy třecích koeficientů, první ze změny frekvence f a druhý ze změny šířky pásma . Tyto dvě hodnoty se spolu shodovaly z ± 20 % pro měření prováděná ve vodě, zatímco pro dvě měření prováděných na hydrofilním povrchu ve vzduchu se lišila. Tento nesoulad poukazuje na nedostatek Cattaneo Mindlinovy teorie a mohl by být vysvětlen přítomností kapilárních sil.

Separation and purification of nucleic acids with the use of magnetic microparticles

Application of magnetic microparticles for nucleic acid isolation from real samples is a modern and fast separation procedure. This method is suitable for application in laboratory practice. The aim of the bachelor work was isolation of DNA from a dairy product (Activia sweet white) in the PCR-ready quality. DNA isolation was carried out by magnetic microparticles P(HEMA co GMA) in the presence of 2 M NaCl and 16% PEG 6000 or 8% PEG 6000. According to the declaration of the producer the presence of DNA from probiotic bacteria of the genera Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium was confirmed by PCR.

Practice Application of Municipal Marketing

The thesis analyses together used instruments of marketing communication mix of town Pelhřimov. These instruments are evaluated from the view of informing and linking of citizens into the decision-making process in the public service. By Questionnaire investigation the thesis recognizes the effectivity of marketing instruments and their impact on target groups of inhabitants of the town. It also identifies possible communication barriers and gathers suggestions for new forms of communication. On the basis of the synthesis of found facts it puts before measures for improving of current status of marketing communication of town Pelhřimov.
