It includes theoretical description of prospectus, appreciation of housing construction in The Czech Republic and analysis of general and professional entourage of a company. In the end, there is a proposal of realization prospectus in monitoring company and alternatives of financing this kind of project.

The object of this thesis is comparison of business plans of housing construction with passive housing construction in monitoring company. First section summarizes theoretical description of prospectus and passive houses. Another part attends to appreciation of housing construction and surrounding analyse of company. In the third section, there are proposals of realization prospectuses with alternatives of financing this kind of projects. Final part of thesis deals with a question whether realize passive block of flats or common block of flats.

Interspecific variation of gastointestinal microbiota in passerine birds

in English Vertebrates host complex microbial communities in their intestinal system. This gut microbiome (GM) comprises billions of bacterial cells closely interacting with a host's physiology. Despite contemporary progress in this field, present knowledge of vertebrate GM is based on studies carried out only on a limited set of host species, including humans, captive rodents and few economically important mammals and birds. On the contrary, knowledge of GM in wild living, non-mammalian species is still rather insufficient. Thus, this thesis aims to analyze GM in wild passerine populations and to investigate potential patterns in GM composition. Main objective is to provide evidence that GM composition is dependent on host species, and of co-divergence between GM composition variability and host phylogeny. Additional focus is devoted to diversity analysis among individual bacterial genera regarding their phylogeny. Using the Illumina MySeq platform, we sequenced amplicons of bacterial 16s rRNA gene obtained from fecal samples of 486 individuals representing 57 Czech Republic passerine species and 107 individuals representing 38 Cameroon Republic species. Euthanasia

The aim of this Master's degree thesis is an overall assessment of the issue of euthanasia and a consideration of its possible legal regulation. In order to accomplish this aim it was necessary to carry out an analysis of foreign legislations of euthanasia. Furthermore, I have dealt in this thesis with the current status of euthanasia under the legal order of the Czech Republic with primary emphasis on criminal law. This thesis consists in total of four chapters. Chapter One deals with the most general matters of euthanasia, in particular with the matter of the term itself, usually determined forms and historical developments of attitudes towards euthanasia. Chapter Two compares foreign legislations of euthanasia and their impact on practice. Chapter Three clarifies the status of euthanasia in respect of the Czech legal order, in particular from the perspective of criminal law, in respect of recent legislative efforts for its legal regulation and considerations of possible future legal development. The last chapter deals with fundamental arguments of supporters and dissenters of euthanasia and provides its summarizing assessment. Households indebtedness during current financial crisis

This bachelor work deals with the development of indebtedness of the households in the Czech Republic during current financial crisis. The theoretical part presents the causes of financial crisis. Furthermore, the credit products, whose development is described in more detail in the practical part, and the institutions providing these products are examined in this work. In the practical part the progress of debt and households' ability to pay for their liabilities is analysed in comparison with the causes of this development. The work identifies the factors that affect the household debt and analyzing the changes that have occurred in connection with the financial crisis.
