Parking building in Opava - construction technology project

The focus of this thesis is dealing with the elaboration of the construction technology project of the parking house in Opava. The thesis contains a technical report, a time schedule and financial plan and a project for construction site equipment for all construction objects. For the main construction object, a construction technology study of the main technological stages, technological regulations for the assembly of the structural steel construction and fiber-reinforced concrete were prepared. For these topics, inspection and test plans have been devised. The thesis too includes the transportation of machines and materials to the construction site, the plan for securing material resources, occupational safety, and the itemized budget.

Construction-technological stage of the lower construction of an apartment building in Miloslavov

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate on a construction – technological project of the substructure of an apartment building in Miloslavov, which is located in the newly established part of the village Miloslavov – Alžbetin dvor. The content of the work is the elaboration of an accompanying and summary technical report, broader transport relations, statement of acreage, technological regulations, time schedule, the design of machine set, control and tests plans and safety and health at work.

Solution of the construction-technological phase of the substructure of the fire station building in Brno

The bachelor's thesis deals with the technological phase of the substructure of the fire station. It is a four-storey building without a basement, which is located on a sloped ground near the Brno dam. The individual floors are designed as receding with dominant terraces on the side of the dam. The building is designed as a reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton with a system of waterproof concrete foundations supplemented by external waterproofing of PVC foil. The building is based on the base plate. The work contains a technical report of the object, a closer and broader situation of transport relations, a detailed statement of acreage, technological regulation for the implementation of the waterproof concrete foundation, drawing and report of construction site equipment, schedule, machine design, control and test plan, safety and health at work, then a variant assessment of construction machinery.

Chemiluminiscenční hodnocení celkové antioxidační kapacity potravin

Diplomová práce 2009 Abstract_ENG Jitka Vlčková ABSTRACT An investigation presented was concern to measure and evaluate the total antioxidant capacity (TAC) in samples of red wine clarified with four fining agents (polyvinylpolypyrrolidone and three different types of gelatin). All wine samples were treated by concentrations of 10, 20 and 40 g/hL of finings. The main aim was to discover how the particular agents in different dosages influence the TAC. The second part describes relations between changes in TAC in content of single antioxidant components (total polyphenols, anthocyanins, gallic acid and simple phenols). Total antioxidant capacity in red wine samples was evaluated using the Trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity assay (TEAC). A theoretical part of the thesis briefly summarizes basics about luminescence, focused on chemiluminescent reaction. Theory of free radicals and antioxidants, especially those included in red wine are also described. Process of winemaking aimed at fining is also contained in this part. An experimental part describes techniques of determination of the total antioxidant capacity, principle of chemiluminescent assay based on the luminol/peroxidase system. Construction technological project of sports hall construction

The thesis deals with Komenského Street sports hall construction in Lysá nad Labem. Although partially dealing with construction of all parts, in detail it studies gym construction, focusing on time management, technology and resources of implementation. The thesis is divided into the drawing and text parts. The former includes site facilities design and building situation. The latter consists of the main part construction project implementation study, itemized budget, time schedule, technological regulations, inspection and testing plan for the implementation of the main construction part 1st floor reinforced concrete columns and walls, construction machines and mechanisms design as well as time and financial schedule.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the preparation for the implementation of a prestressed bridge in the village of Hnojník. This thesis contains a technical report, coordination situation of the construction with broader relations to transport routes, phases time shedule, a feasibility study of the main technological phases, project of construction site equipment, a suggested list of the main construction vehicles and building mechanisation, time shedule of main construction, shedule of transport of fresh concrete mixture, technological regulation of concreting bridge deck, technological regulation of additional prestressing bridge deck, control and test plan, health and safety at work on bridge construction, The annexes contain drawings of concept of load-bearing falsework, drawing of the construction site equipment, drawing of coordination situation of the construction with broader relations to transport routes , itemized budget, graph of workers and machines needs, phases time shedule and delivery shedule of fresh concrete mixture.

Construction technological project of the production hall in Sudoměřice

The subject of the diploma thesis is construction-technological solution for realization of the production hall with administrative part in Sudoměřice. Parts of the thesis are the technical report for the construction-technological project, a study of the realization of the main technological stages of the building, the solution of the wider transport route links, where I designed and assessed selected transport routes. The other parts of the diploma thesis are design of a site equipment with the technical report of the site equipment, design of the main building machines and mechanisms. The time and financial plans of objects are elaborated, followed by the detail time schedule of the realization of the main building obejct with a workers needs diagram and the item budget of the main building object with the bill of quantities. For the proces of the realization of the reiforced concrete prefabricated construction, the technological regulation for the assembly of elements with usability of the mobile crane, was made. In the diploma thesis, the technological regulation for the reiforced concrete cast-in-place columns and bond beams, was also prepared. Due to the high demands on the quality of the construction, the control and test plans for the assembly of the reiforced concrete prefabricated elements and for the cast-in-place columns and bond beams, were also prepared. Within the environmental protection, the requirements for the certification LEED 2009 Core & Shell, were processed.

Preparation for the implementation of a prestressed bridge in Brno

The diploma thesis focuses on the preparation of technological project of a reconstruction of a road bridge in Brno in the district of Brno-Slatina. The reconstruction consists of replacement of the whole construction of the bridge except for the pile foundation. The reconstruction will be executed in two phases with consideration of keeping road traffic on the bridge. The bridge is designed of reinforced concrete with the deck constructed of prestressed prefabricated girders.

The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is the technological assembly stage of frame structure hall of training centre in Kuřim. Object is devided into an administrative part, serving for theoretical teaching and an open space for the practical part of teaching. For the building was prepared a technical report, situation with boarder relations of transport routes, item budget including statement of area, technological regulation, solution of construction organization with construction site equipment drawing and technical report of construction site equipment, time schedule prepared in Contec, machine design, inspection and testing plan and work safety for frame assembly.
