Aim of a document: Characterize kinds of extraordinary events and assign to them some cases from CR with concentraining on floods. The legislature before and after acceptance of crisis laws. The economic incidence and loses of lives in effect of floods. Method: An analysis of obtained information oriented to a question of extraordinary events with concentraining on floods. Interview with the specialist of joint rescue service. Results: Complexed summary of extraordinary events, their characterizations and cases reffered to CR with concentraining on floods. Title: Emergencies in nuclear power plants Objectives: The aim of this work is to summarize information about emergency plans of nuclear power plants Temelín, Dukovany and the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. Methods: Descriptive-analytical methods are used as methods in this work. Study sources and their subsequent research were used to develop this work. Results: The result is a summary of information on the emergency plans of the Temelín and Dukovany nuclear power plants and on the accident was the largest nuclear power plant accident in history. The current nuclear power plants in the Czech Republic place great emphasis on the prevention of nuclear accidents and on the overall safety of operation. Methods: Search learning materials, their study and research, not only about the Integrated Res- cue System in the Czech Republic but also by foreigners. Bachelor thesis is theoreti- cal, because it is to her writing requires the collection and classification of knowledge about the issue, searching for information in print and electronic publications and other resources available to deal with the actual theme of the Integrated Rescue System and related topics. Results: Analysis and comparison rescue system in the Czech Republic and other selected states of the European Union based on a previous study of sources and study materials. 11 Abstract Name of the essay: Knowledge analysis of students primary school, high school and university in the field of protection human on behalf of emergency in capital city Prague Aim of the essay: The main objective of this work is to point out the topic of civil protection, determine the way of education and knowledge of students at Prague schools. Another component of this essay describes the history and present condition of civil protection in our region, legislation and the meaning of civil protection for our country. Method: For getting data in this empirical study the method of inquiry was used. The inquiry contains of three parts: identification, research and complement. The individual study was made on chosen Prague schools and universities. Results: Frequency and statistical significance of answers were made from received data. The results showed that students have some knowledge in traffic education and first aid. But there is still lot of things that students should learn, mostly in civil protection. Title: The analysis of the activities of rescue dogs in the Integred Rescue System. Objectives: To analyze the frequency of deploying dogs in action under the Integrated Rescue Systém for the period 2009 to 2011. Describe reasons for Access and silure to deploy dogs in the IRS. Method: Research of available sources, data collection. Results: Every year is the use of increasingly cynological pairs. Most service dogs are being used. At the request of debris search requirements are mainly from the Fire and Rescue Service area search by police of the Czech Republic. Analysis of tests of physical fitness of IZS units

Title: Analysis of test on physical competence of Joint Rescue System's members. Objectives: The main purpose is to analyze tests of physical competence of Joint Rescue System's members. Methods: The method of analysis was used in the work. The method of analysis was applied in the analysis of individual tests of physical fitness for the described components of the Joint Rescue System. Results: We've found that the physical tests of the components of the Joint Rescue System differ in the number and difficulty of individual physical tests. Differences were also found in the division into groups according to gender, age and job classification. However, the same elements in the strength of physical tests were also proven. In the first part, the information about the role of integrated rescue system. In the second part, the school is introduced as soft target that is protected from two perspectives - by closing the building or leaving the building. In the third part, the particular analyses of elementary school Sady is provided. The absence of safety awareness to the aggressor inside the building was identified. Briefly describe activities of municipal police. To express the relationship between the integrated rescue system and the Police of the Czech Republic. Affect the structure of command and control integrated rescue system, including contingency and emergency planning. Briefly describe type activities on the performance of the Police of the Czech Republic participates in the integrated rescue system in the Czech Republic.
