This master’s thesis “Optimization of accounting Processes in the Company” is focusing on improving main processes in the company. This thesis is divided into theoretical part which contains theoretical terms connected with the optimization of processes in the company, into analytical part which describes current situation in the company and problems analyzing and into design part which contains concept of solutions of the main processes improvement. These amendments should lead to increased effectiveness of main processes.

This Bachelor’s thesis focuses on analyzing of process optimization and instalation of manufacture in a chosen company. This bachelor thesis is devided into three parts, whereas the first part is targeted to theoretical basis. The second part continues with introduction of the company at the assembly process. In the third part, there will be a suggestion of changes, which can lead to lean manufacture process in the company.

This bachelor thesis deals with proposal of production process management in information system of company Fulgur, spol. s r.o. Aim of this thesis is to propose changes in information system of the company, that will effect in increasing effectivity of production process. Theoretical part focuses on specifying concepts connected with described problematic. Analytical part aims to describe contemporary function of all processes connected with passing the order through the company. Proposal part covers description and specification of modules and functions, which should be implemented to increase effectivity of production process.

This Master´s thesis analyzes the software support of production planning in 2VV Ltd., which deals with manufacturing and suppling air conditioning systems as are air curtains, ventilation units and ventilation products. This thesis is divided into three parts. The theoretical part describes the theoretical base of manufacturing, production planning process and its software support. The analytical part contains global analysis and critical analysis of the current status of order processing and production planning with software support and its results. The last part lists possible improvements of production planning in the company.
