Optimization of recycled concrete materials from precast concrete elements and their characteristics for building information model

The dissertation thesis deals with the use of recycled concrete aggregates obtained from deconstructed parts of a precast panels’ apartment building. Furthermore, the work presents an optimization supplier-logistics algorithm to achieve a wider application of recycled aggregate concrete (RAC) in structural concrete in a new building. As part of the newly developed optimization algorithm of ready-mixed concrete suppliers, non-graphical data from the building information model (BIM) were intensively used. The work also addresses the transfer of data from and back to the information model and the definition of characteristics needed to optimize the entire process. At the theoretical level, the work deals with a comprehensive literature review of the above-mentioned fields. The experimental part of the work is focused on materials research carried out in order to verify the suitability of a particular type of RAC for structural use. The work introduces the procedures and test results of two types of recycled aggregates and then presents a range of recycled concrete recipes with partial replacement of aggregates for RCAs, obtained from prefabricated panels of high-rise buildings. The gained test results show the technical suitability of the tested RCA sources for producing medium-strength structural RAC. A significant part of the analytically oriented experimental part of the work is the logistic optimization scenario with its own matrix-based discrete algorithm and economic graphical evaluation. The case study examines the relevance of the proposed algorithm on a real scenario, namely the construction of the scientific technology institute CEITEC in Brno. Furthermore, the work summarizes the issue of BIM and presents a methodology for handling non-graphical information of the building model to define the characteristics of recycled concrete in buildings. The subject of this bachelor thesis is the technological stage of the foundation structure of a family house in Šlapanice u Brna. The work includes technical report, technological regulations of selected works, design of construction site equipment and machinery assemblies, safety and health protection at work. Work includes drawing documentation consisting of a drawing of the situation and site equipment, a timesheet, a bill of quantities, a control and testing plan and balance of resources.

The subject of my master's thesis is elaboration of construction technological project of research building in Uherské Hradiště. This building is actually outbuilding to existing manufactoring plant. The work includes solution of transport rotues and supplying construction site by main construction sources, project of site facilities, mechanization proposal and scheduling. A part of the work is new design of foundation structure and appropriate technological prescriptions and control plan to this because of missing some informations in procurement project.

Construction and technological project of polyfunctional building Sokolská 5 in Olomouc

The subject of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of the building project of Polyfunkční dům Sokolská 5. In the course of the diploma thesis is elaborated a summary technical report, report of building site and drawings for individual stages. The implementation of the waterproofing of the base structure and the reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton are subject to technological regulations and control and test plans. In this work the object time and financial plan, the use of machines and mechanisms and health and safety at work are also solved. For the main building objects, an item budget and a detailed schedule are prepared. Part of this work is also the calculation of the heat transfer through the envelope of the building.

Technological phase of the upper structure of the Čechovka appartment house

The main task of the bachelor thesis is to prepare the construction and technological preparation of the construction of a residential building in Hlinsko in Bohemia. The work contains the accompanying and summary technical report, the situation of the construction with wider transport relations, the reports for the proposed stages. Further, they contain the technical regulations, the technical report of the construction site equipment, the time schedule including the staff balance, the design of the machine assemblies, the control and test plans and the safety and health protection at work. Furthermore, a comparison of 2 variants of ceiling structures, thermal-technical assessment of the roof structure, calculation of snow load on the roof structure is elaborated. Another part of the annexes is the coordinate drawing of the situation, the drawing of the building site equipment, the support structure of the ceilings and the transport relations around the construction site.

Residential House Zlin, South slopes-technological phase coarse substructure

In the bachelor thesis is solved a technological phase of rough bottom construction of a residential house in the housing estate of Jižní Svahy in Zlín. Work is divided into two phases. The first one includes trench work of a construction pit and ground basic stretches. The second one includes concreting of reinforced concrete stretches and reinforced concrete walls. In these parts of construction there are worked out technological steps, control and test plans, their time demands and proposal of available engineering sets. It is taken into consideration occupational and health safety at a place of work.
