Preparation of the implementation of the relaxation center in Moravany

The aim of the thesis is to develop a construction technology project for the implementation of a relaxation center in Moravany. The work includes the preparation of a technical report on the construction technology project, the coordination situation of the construction with wider relations of transport routes, the time and financial plan of the construction – object, the study of the implementation of the main technological stages of the construction object and the construction site equipment project. Furthermore, the work deals with the design of the main construction machines and mechanisms, the time schedule of the main construction objects, the plan for securing material resources and technological regulations. Technological regulations are focused on the implementation of a green roof and a ventilated facade. A quality control and test plan was developed for the implementation of the green roof. Last but not least, the work includes a calculation according to THU, an itemized budget of the main building objects, a scheme of the piloting process, an assembly scheme and an OHS plan.

The content of this work is the construction of the theater in Ždírec nad Doubravou, concrete implementation of carcass superstructure. The aim of the thesis is to solve selected parts of the construction technology project for the building of the multifunctional complex Rudiny II, Žilina - building block D. The content of the thesis is a technical report to the construction technology project, studies of the implementation of the main technological stages of the building. technological regulation for horizontal and vertical monolithic structures, quality control and testing plan for the production of vertical and horizontal monolithic structures, OSH plan. In the appendix of my diploma thesis I processed drawings of construction equipment, itemized budget of the building, object budget according to THU, time plan of construction, dimensions of construction machines, laying plan for system formwork on standardized floor of multifunctional house.

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of the technological stage of foundation within the construction technological project for the extension of a retirement home in Antošovice. It is a four-storey brick building with flat foundations of the base plate type, which is connected to the basement walls in the form of a waterproofing basement. The content of the final work is a technical report focusing on the selected technological stage of foundation, construction situation with broader relations of transport routes, statement of acreage for the given technological stage, technological regulation of foundation, technical report for construction site equipment, schedule, machine design, quality requirements and their assurance, Occupational safety of the solved technological stage.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to create a construction-technological project of the production and storage hall Ahorn CZ, s.r.o. As part of this work, technical report, study of the implementation of the main technological stages, project of the construction site equipment, time and financial plan of the construction, design of the main construction machines and mechanisms, item budget and time schedule were prepared. Further the thesis contains two technological regulations and two control and test plans.

Implementation of Registred Office of Company POLNA corp. s.r.o. in Třinec

This master´s thesis deals with construction-technological project of administrative-production and storage complex in Třinec - Oldřichovice. It´s a new building of the main building, consisting of a two-storey administrative building and a one-storey storage hall, which is complemented by other sub-objects. The master´s thesis solves the realization of the building as a complex whole and in more detail focuses on vertical and horizontal supporting structures, made of steel elements and steel-concrete ceiling structure. An integral part of the project include studies of the realization of the main technological stages of the main building, technological regulations, complemented by assembly schemes, solution of transport routes and proposal of machine assemblies, site equipment design, time schedules, budgets, inspection and test plans and proposal of security measures for selected risks. The work is further supplemented by a specialized area that prepares the design and execution of intra-areal reinforced communications.
