The Rights and The Needs of Younger Pupilage Children

The purpose of this thesis is to find out, whether the needs of the young pupil age children are satisfied and their rights are observed. Relevant data were collected through anonymous questionnaire filled by 100 students (55 boys and 45 girls) of third and fourth classes of elementary school Konečná in Karlovy Vary. The questionnaire was aimed to leisure time and children's non-school activities. Data were statistically processed and illustrated with charts. Author found out that almost 60 % children from the sample watches TV two hours and less in working days. More than 80 % of respondents spend two or less hours with computer in working days. More than 90 % respondents like sport. 64 % respondents regularly attend to bees; boys prefer sport bees, girls artistic ones. One third of the respondents are not satisfied with the length of the time spent with their parents. More than 80 % respondents can spend at least part of their leisure time according to their wishes. Author compared her results with similar older studies. She stated some preventive recommendations, which can lead to better satisfying of young pupil age children's needs and better observance of children's rights.
Autodestructive behavior in childhood and adolescency

The theme of my work is self-destructive behavior in children and adolescents. Fascinating and frightening manifestation of human aggression, the object its violence is an individual himself. It is a phenomenon with a wide expressions that can be found both in different categories of mental disorders, as well as in the form of socially tolerated. Sometimes it is difficult to find the boundary between autodestruktivním pathological behavior and the fact that the cultural and religious character. This work focuses on abnormal manifestations autodestruktivního behavior. There are a number of approaches, which is we can seize. Some take into account the motivation level of other physical damage or method of execution. The autodestruktivitu can also be seen positions from different disciplines. Not only psychiatry, but also philosophy, sociology and especially psychology provides us with tools for deeper understanding.

Domestic violence in the Czech Republic recently often discussed term . In the media we read articles with information for victims of domestic violence , as well as references to cases of domestic violence , Czech political representation involved the search for solutions to this phenomenon. Domestic violence has been recognized as a serious social problem. Yet still many areas that are not yet resolved to the extent needed . DÍTĚ JAKO ZBOŽÍ V PROSTITUCI. PERSPEKTIVY TEOLOGICKO-ETICKÉ REFLEXE Summary The submitted thesis discusses child prostitution as a form of commercial sexual exploitation of children within the framework of theological ethics. It uses the method of three stages - seeing, judging and acting. The author examines the meaning and manifestations of the highest ethical principle and the paradigm of human dignity as a legal system in this bitter, serious and socially dangerous domain. He explains the perception of a child and its sexuality in context of these socially undesirable, obscene and criminal practices. The multidisciplinary nature of the problem is considered in relation to various aspects and actors, utilizing the knowledge and experience from relevant domains and their representatives. The main actors are children as victims on one side and the offenders on the other. While outlining the relevant criminal provisions as well as the concept of vice crimes, the author reflects how terms like moral, decency and ethics are defined and used. Eating Habits of Ten Years Old Children and BMI

In the Czech Republic and in other developed countries to meet with the increase of obesity in childhood . In 1992 in America shows 17-22 % children with higher amounts of fat than the corresponding 97 percentile of the standard ( 2 ) . Obesity is the serious the sooner an individual appears . It is known that 80% of obese children remain obese in adulthood. Childhood and adult obesity carries serious health risks that require a lot of financial expenses for therapy and despite the fact that obesity can simple and inexpensive preventive methods to avoid . For prevention of obesity is necessary to know the distribution of vulnerable people in the population and their lifestyles , which predisposes to obesity . Based on knowledge of the difference in eating habits and physical habits obese and normal population , it is possible to draw a conclusion mapping the most fundamental errors in the living habits of obese patients. Appropriate collaboration and education obese and their families can contribute to the reduction weight and thus reduce the health risks. The Attitudes of Older Pupilage Children to Health Nourishment and The Slotmachine at Elementary School

Healthy nutrition and the right attitude within catering, which is connected with presence of drink and food automatons on primary schools, are very important for convenient development of children, but also healthy regimen during their adulthood. The goal of author's bachelor work is to identify opinions of the children of secondary education about consumation of healthy food and their attitudes to drink and food automatons, and their location on primary schools. In the theoretical part there is analysis of attitudes themselves, about how they are created and how they are changing, and their differentiation between boys and girls. It briefly concerns about nutrition of children during secondary education age and automatons on primary and secondary schools with aftermath it brings, caused by incorrect attitude. In the practical part, the author evaluates the issues found during the survey proceeded on primary schools in Czech and Slovak republic. The data, acquired with answer sheets are processed into graphs and can be found as an attachment to the bachelor work.
