This diploma thesis deals with the insolvency administrator and its function, which it performs in the insolvency proceedings. In my work I deal with the legal regulation of the insolvency trustee, its function in the chosen way of solving bankruptcy, and also assess the impacts of the changes made in recent years as well as the changes that this area is still waiting for. The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the institute of the insolvency administrator in terms of its role, significance and influence in insolvency proceedings. The objective is also to assess the change in the system of determining insolvency administrators by focusing on assessing whether the new method is actually more transparent and whether this change affects the transparency of the whole procedure.

Petr Valenta Keywords critical theory, critical media pedagogy, media literacy, critical pedagogy, media, ideology, discourse, power, symbolic power, knowledge Abstract The theoretical dissertation analyzes the traditional media education model issues, which derives from the orientation of media literacy on the dominant paradigm of media effects research in media studies. Media education takes the "media effects concept" and uses it to organize its own teaching practice. Theoretical dependence on media studies and the concept media effects leads media education to protectionism and normativity, which is reflected in the directive establishment of knowledge, skills and values pupils may acquire. This situation has negative effect on efforts of developing critical media thinking as independent on social authorities. Moreover, media education potentially reproduces the dominant modes of knowledge about media and society, without revealing them as social constructions. Richard Dotzauer and entrepreneurial personalities of the 19th century

This thesis focuses on specific business personality of the nineteenth century - Richard Dotzauer. It charts his work in the field of business, but so is devoted to his public activities in the federal and political life. As part of the work is monitored also the issue of entrepreneurial mentality and lifestyle. As part of this work is to form a wider excursion pointed to other significant business personality of study epoch. Richard Dotzauer represents a type of German businessmen. In the case of Andreas Haase terms of personality that goes nationally difficult to define. Jindřich Fügner is nationally representative of the Czech entrepreneurship. The work studies the personalities mentioned in the context of important processes of the nineteenth century, such as the industrialization, the formation of the national movement and the emergence of modern civil society. Tématem mé diplomové práce JSou dvě osobnosti podnikatelského života v počátcích kapitalismu - Jindřich Fiigner a Richard Dotzauer, přičemž si kladu za cíl představit členy společenské skupiny, která byla důležitou v procesu společenské modernizace a která se v průběhu devatenáctého století začala projevovat v českých zemích. Práce se bude snažit postihnout Jindřicha Fiignera a Richarda Dotzauera ve třech rovinách, které povedou k pochopení interakce mezi těmito podnikateli a společností. Vykreslí tak podíl těchto osobností na společenské změně a zároveň se zaměří na zvraty, které ovlivnily jejich jednání a postoje. Pozornost bude věnována jejich obchodní činnosti, společenským vazbám a mentalitě.

Educational strategies of media

The main objective of the thesis is to sketch the educational strategies of media. The theoretical part is devoted to the functions and influences of media and the possible problems of learning by pictures. The empirical part of the thesis is engaged in the concrete educational strategies of the television media. This strategies are divided into the three categories: 1) the general characteristics and behavior of media, which could be regarded as the educational strategies 2) the Czech television educational conception 3) educational strategies of the concrete educational programme On the basis of the determination meant above, the educational strategies of television media are described generally at first. In the narrow meaninig are the educational strategies displayed on the cencrete work of the Educational programme work group. Finally are the educational strategies specified in term sof the concrete educational television programme.

Tento přehled napomůže k vymezení obecnějších problémových okruhů a především k vytvoření definice termínu podnikatel, neboť její tvorba je poměrně komplikovanou. Oba medailony podnikatelů jsou pak rozčleněny shodně, podle již zmíněného modelu. První kapitolu tvoří vlastní životopis s důrazem na podnikatelskou činnost. Claims in insolvency proceedings - obligations of the insolvency practitioner

This thesis deals with claims in insolvency proceedings primarily focusing on the obligations of the insolvency practitioner which arise when dealing with these problems. The aim of this study is to map out all the mentioned claims throughout the whole insolvency proceedings and describe the main role of the insolvency practitioner during the process. The analysis was based on regulations of the Act no. 182/2006 Coll., on Bankruptcy and Its Resolution (Insolvency Act), accompanied by fundamental judicatureand thorough literature review. In addition, the results of this work were also interpretations of the lifecycle of claims from their existence in insolvency proceedings to their extinction.

Legal aspects of economic integration of the European Union and the Eurasian Economic Union

This thesis is devoted to the analysis of two major unions- the European Union and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). The aim of this work is to compare single stages of their integration process with an emphasis on how the experience of EU has influenced the integration process of the EAHU. The first chapter describes the history of the European union with regards to legal and institutional aspects. This part also examines treaties of the EU signed at each step of integration. The second chapter is dedicated to the integration processes in the countries of the former Soviet Union which led to creation of the EAHU in 2015. The third chapter provides a comparison of the previously described processes in two regions, emphasizing simularities and evaluating the prospects of cooperation between the unions.

The bachelor thesis deals with the institute insolvency administrator. It consists of two parts (chapters), each chapter contains several subchapters. The first part deals with insolvency proceedings, namely bankruptcy and its solutions are also discussed principles of insolvency proceedings and also characterized procedural subjects. The second part is dedicated to the insolvency administrator - its establishment in functions, activities and responsibilities, accountability, and also the amount of remuneration and reimbursement of cash expenses due to him. Space is also given to other types of administrators. Conclusion reflects the activity and the need of person of administrator and express an opinion on the remuneration.
