The thesis deals with foreign relations of the United States in the fall of 19th century. The main goal was to study attitude American presidents (Grover Cleveland, Benjamin Harrison, William McKinley) to Latin America in their messages (inaugural addresses and State of the Union). The presidents were presented in profiles. The thesis reviewed diplomatic relations between the United States and Latin America, focuses on the influence of the United States on Latin American countries, the development of foreign policy the United States and attitude American presidents to the development.
