System of employee motivation in the chosen organization
VAŇKOVÁ, Tereza
My thesis is focused on the research of motivation system in the chosen organization. On the basis of performed analyses of the current motivation system for employees the main aim was to determine possible measures and to propose effective changes that improve this leadership area.
Mechanisms of chromosomal rearrangements in the context of polyploid species and its forming
Vaňková, Tereza ; Knytl, Martin (advisor) ; Forman, Martin (referee)
Polyploid species are significantly represented among plants and some animals. Whole- genome duplication (WGD) is an unstable process with rapid changes in a genome and also changes in chromosomes. These changes includes chromosomal aberrations, such as translocations, duplications, insertion and inversions. Chromosomal aberrations and WGD are strongly represented in the evolution of organisms. Therefore the study of their mechanisms is important for an understanding of genomic development. At present, there are developments in technique helping study polypoid genomes and also helping add polyplodozation events to evolutionary contexts. These techniques includes banding as well as fluorescent in situ hybridization, which, thanks to the applicability of various probes, helps to detected chromosomal rearrangements.
Sports training beach volleyball player in the annual training plan
Vaňková, Tereza ; Pokorný, Ladislav (advisor) ; Jahodová, Gabriela (referee)
The purpose of this bachelor thesis called "Sport training of a beach volleyball player within the framework of 1 year-long training plan" is to determine basic information about an individual performance preparation process and its parts, i.e. about physical and fitness preparation, technical, tactical, and psychological preparation. This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical (research) part. The theoretical part is focused on description of particular activities of sport performance preparation that are commonly used in beach volleyball training. The second part of the thesis is dealing with results of a questionnaire and describes main differences in the preparation activities used among the beach volleyball community. The research results show that in the sport preparation most of the time (70 %) is dedicated to fitness (condition) training. Very important part of every training session is the development of physical abilities, mainly speed (33 %). Only 18 % of the players have visited a sport psychologist at least once in their lifetime and even only 27 % of these respondents have a regular cooperation with such psychologist. Moreover, the research results show that 67 % of the respondents do not cooperate with any nutrition specialist, they prefer to prepare...
Comparative study of discrete PSD controllers
Vaňková, Tereza ; Dvořáček, Martin (referee) ; Pivoňka, Petr (advisor)
Bachelor’s thesis is focused on a verification of heterogeneous structures of discrete PSD controller depending on different process structures. The first theoretic part describes a continuous action controller, a transformation from the continuous to the discrete control and a discrete control loop (with issues like a sampling, a quantization, a signal shaping). Further there are described the concrete structures of the discrete PSD controllers – from the classical PSD controller over the variations with filtration in a derivative part to the structures with an elimination of the oscillation and the first overshoot. There are also mentioned two methods of controller parameters´ setting– second Z-N method (based on finding out critical parameters of the system) and a balanced setting of controllers. Second, practical, part of thesis contains particular results, which were found out by measuring on the simulation and real models. Finally achieved results are compared with an adaptive controller of B&R company.
Residential complex Brno - Reckovice
Vaňková, Tereza ; Prokeš, Oldřich (referee) ; Herzan, Radovan (advisor)
The topic of diploma thesis is a comprehensive study of urban development area, located between the Terezy Novákové street and Žilkova street, in the Řečkovice and Mokrá Hora disctrict in Brno. The side of the Žilkova street is built up of numbers of family houses. Terezy Novákové street divides the site and the former barracks, nowadays serving as depositary of the Technical Museum in Brno. The task is to design residential complex of minimum capacity of 180-200 ppl/ha and a 2-class numery school with appropriate facilities.
Adaptive controllers with principles of artificial intelligence and its comparison with classical identifications methods
Vaňková, Tereza ; Dokoupil, Jakub (referee) ; Pivoňka, Petr (advisor)
Master’s thesis is focused on the adaptive controllers. The first theoretic part mainly describes the parametric identification, which belongs to the most important part of the adaptive controller’s structure. Classical identification methods (the recursive least squares methods) are firstly mentioned and afterwards the identification methods based on the neural network (the Marquardt-Levenberg algorithm and the new identification algorithm NIA inspired by the neural networks) are described. At the conclusion of the theoretic part there are mentioned the algorithm of the adaptive controller’s tuning which uses the identification parameters (the modified Z-N method) and the tested types of adaptive controllers. Particular results, which were found out by verifying of the adaptive controllers on the simulation and real models, are contained in second, the practical, part of the thesis. Finally, achieved results are compared with the classical discrete PID controller and with the adaptive controller of the B&R company.
The potential of the Museum of prison for the development of the town Uničov
Vanková, Tereza ; Černá, Jitka (advisor) ; Švéda, Michal (referee)
The diploma thesis analyses marketing of a tourist offer of the town Uničov with the focus on the crucial project - The Museum of prison. The main aim of the work is to show the potentail of this unique attractivity for the development of the town and at the same time a proposal of specific marketing measures for the year 2012. Firstly, basic tourist attractivities of the town Uničov are defined. A SWOT analysis of the town Uničov and marketing mix 5P are conducted. In the case of The Museum of prison, the SWOT analysis is also conducted and marketing mix 5P which is orientated towards the product from the view of visitors. In the conclusion, specific marketing meaasures are proposed. The diploma thesis will serve as a source for real elaboration of individual measures for subjects dealing with tourism of the town Uničov.
