Integration of migrants to Czech society - the migrants as succesful entrepreneurs

The theme of migration and imigration is an exremly relevant topic at this point in time. Also there are posibilities and progres in the integration of imigrants into society. In this context itś important to know what went on whith the previous wane of incoming imigrants and which factors influences successful inclusion. The aim of the vork describes the situation of these imigrants in the Czech environment, to find out which conditions they start to live and doing bussines. How the Czech society was helpfull and on the contrary which pitfals they met and how they overcame those difficulties. The vork will be devided into a theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part are described the basic theoretical knowlege relatied to imigration and its consequences for individuals. For the practical part the vork is in accordance with the objektive used qualitative research approach, the main research methode is indept interview.
