Psychological aspects in the work of the auxiliary Security officer

This bachelor thesis deals with the general characteristics of private security services, the conditions of operation and current legislative regulations of these services. Furthermore, it presents specific requirements needed for people involved, system of education and training, particular qualifications in the profession of security guard and detective trainee. The text explains the issue of qualification and assessment standards in the branch and shows the psychological aspects of the security staff work in greater detail. The thesis uses the information discovered by observation, supplemented by results of structured interviews with employees on different levels of security service. The objective of my work is to analyze this information and transfer it into specific recommendation and advice, in order to improve current situation. The conclusion of this thesis is a structured output with applications of the psychological aspects related to legal issues.
