The role of phytohormones in the root system response to environmental conditions

During their life cycle, plants form several important anatomical structures in roots, which are crucial for the proper function of the root system and for survival of plant organisms in variable environmental conditions. These structures enable plants to adapt to various stress factors of the environment. Among them, apoplastic barriers are very important. They are formed by cells of the endodermis and exodermis. These cell layers develop Casparian bands and suberin lamellae, modifications of cell walls, that block the apoplastic pathway and are necessary for selective nutrient uptake. Another structure is aerenchyma, a tissue containing many intercellular spaces, which is primarily associated with growth in flooded soils. Development of these structural adaptations is associated with the abscisic acid (ABA) and ethylene. These phytohormones are known mainly for their involvement in stress responses but they are also important in many developmental processes. Work published so far have shown that ABA stimulates deposition of suberin lamellae in the endodermis in unfavourable conditions. Ethylene on the other hand suppresses the deposition of suberin and can even trigger a degradation of previously developed suberin lamellae. Case study of Physiotherapeutic Treatment of a Patient with Total Endoprosthesis of the Knee Joint

Title: Case study of Physiotherapeutic Treatment of a Patient with Total Endoprosthesis of the Knee Joint Objectives: The main goal of my bachelor thesis is the case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with total endoprosthesis of the knee joint. Methods: The specialized section contains completely processed case study of the patient with total endoprosthesis of the knee joint. It includes anamnesis, initial and final kinesiology analysis, shortterm and longterm treatment plan and seven individual therapies. Case study was done in rehabilitation hospital Beroun from 13. 1. 2020 till 7. 2. 2020. Results: We reached the goals of improvement, especially in part of the knee joint with the total endoprosthesis. Range of motion of the operated knee is about 40ž higher in direction of flexion and extension. Strength of the weakened muscles of flexors and extensors of the operated knee is also higher than it was in the beginning. Assessing the effectiveness of invested public resources to ensure the quality and availability of public cultural needs

Metodika je v prvním plánu určena správním orgánům v resortu kultury, které v rámci státní kulturní politiky zodpovídají za podporu rozvoje jednotlivých kulturních aktivit a organizací. Jde jednak o orgány státní správy a útvary krajských a městských samospráv, které jsou pověřeny praktickou realizací kulturní politiky, zpracovávají strategické rozvojové dokumenty a doporučení pro orgány místních samospráv na úrovni obcí (proto je jednou z významných částí dokumentu kapitola Zřizovatelé – poskytovatelé veřejné podpory). Metodika má dále sloužit potřebám klíčových veřejnoprávních a soukromých institucí činných v sektoru kultury – jak významných neziskových organizací, tak i soukromých subjektů – aukčních síní, galerií, divadelních souborů i hudebních těles. V druhém plánu má metodika sloužit vědeckým a výzkumným subjektům veřejnoprávního i soukromého charakteru, jak subjektům úzce zaměřeným na výzkum kultury tak i organizacím zaměřeným na řešení širších ekonomických souvislostí a dopadů kultury. Jde jak o výzkum kreativních odvětví, tak i o specifická vědecká zadání v jednotlivých ekonomických odvětvích (cestovní ruch, export kulturní produkce, mezinárodní kulturní spolupráce apod.).

The form of Karlstejn Castle at the time of Charles IV.

The form of Karlstejn Castle at the time of Charles IV. Diploma thesis "The form of Karlstejn Castle at the time of Charles IV." deals at first with historical reports not only about the foundation of the castle itself but also about additional events during the life of Charles IV. These events are put in context of the construction form of the castle. The main part of this text is focused on the comprehensive description of the building taking into account previous research and construction plans. Then its construction form is compared with other castles founded by Charles IV. In particular castles Kasperk, Radyne, Karlshaus and Lauf an der Pegnitz are studied in detail. Since in general, castles in the 14th century served primarily residential purposes, this thesis also mentions Karlstejn's indoor arrangements and such building components as heating systems, windows, etc.

Prehistoric settlement of Levý Hradec (Central Bohemia)

The thesis presents the results of processing the excavation of the acropolis of Levý Hradec (district of Praha-západ). The excavation took place between 1940-1954 under the leadership of Ivan Borkovský (ARÚ ČSAV in Prague). The hillfort is known as the Early Medieval center, however it was notably settled during the prehistory as well. Unfortunately, these findings have not been processed yet. The main aim of this thesis was the identification of prehistoric cultures on the basis of pottery collection, assignment of the extent of settlement in particular cultures and effort to date the prehistoric phases of fortification on the basis of original documentation and the pottery findings. Moreover, there was the attempt to identificate the excavated objects in documentation and cross connect the pottery with documentation.

The thesis is a literature and archive documents based summary of the settlement development at the Levý Hradec from the Neolithic to the movement of peoples period. It attempts to present structured information on the archaeological excavation on the site and is focused on their relevant contribution to the understaning of the prehistoric site settlement. It puts Levý Hradec into a broader context of the settlement in the region in the respective periods.

The Master's thesis focuses on election campaign and communication strategy of political party TOP 09 in elections in 2013. The goal of this thesis is to analyze communication strategy of political party TOP 09 in election campaign, to analyze individual tools of communication and to evaluate the quality of their implementation. The thesis is divided into two parts. First theoretical part aims to define political marketing and his individual concepts and models, and then election campaigns and strategies. In analytical part of thesis it will be accomplished the strategic analysis of party TOP 09 and then analysis of communication strategy. Evaluation of communication strategy of political party TOP 09 and proposals to streamline is the important part of this thesis.

The Bachelor thesis "The political marketing of the political party TOP 09 before the election in 2010" deals with the analysis of use of the marketing instruments and their application in the election campaign of the TOP 09. The first theoretical part of thesis describes the political marketing and deals with theory of the election campaigns and the political parties from the marketing point of view. The second part represents the political party TOP 09, its origin and the main leaders. The practical part describes the political marketing of the TOP 09 and its election campaign. The end of the thesis analyzes and evaluates the political marketing of the TOP 09 and its share of the success in the elections in 2010.
