Historical development of spontaneous vegetation in post mining landscape near Sokolov

Absract This study aims to assess the development of spontaneous succession on non reclaimed land on the example of Velká podkrušnohorská výsypka. Work was based on aerial photographs of dumps from the past 20 years, which were purchased from the Military Geographical and Hydrometeorology Office in Dobruška. Photos from various years were scanned, rectified and then elaborated in a GIS program. On the slides were set non reclaimed spoil area, which will be studied on the development of spontaneous vegetation. Results show considerable diversity in the speed at ingrowth areas different years in different places of dump. Can be estimated that in 20 years could spontaneously close up 30-70% space of dump, if was all left to spontaneous dvelopment. Development of international trade exchange with strategically important countries: China, Russia, India and Ukraine

Subject of my master thesis is evaluation of strategically important partners of Czech Republic in international trade: China, Russia, India and Ukraine taking into account their political and law environment, economic environment and social and cultural environment. All of this information is used for analysis of common international trade relations in past with special focus on last 10 years. In the final part of each chapter, dedicated to specific region, I predicted development of future trade relations and I defined strategically important areas of business that can help to accelerate Czech export to these markets.
Communication strategy of the company Teamconsult s.r.o.

At the begining of the thesis there is short introduction of Teamconsult s.r.o., each element of the company's enviroment was analised (segmentation of customers, indentification of competitors), followsd describtion of current situation on the market of personnel services. The general conditions has been taken into account by evaluation of the past ability of the company to communicate with the market. The author analises separatelly all elements of the communication mix of Teamconsult s.r.o.. The priorities of the firm were set and in the terms of the current economical situation the communication strategy of the company was defined.
