The structural system of the building is a skeleton slab with filling masonry made of ceramic blocks. The building is based on reinforced concrete foundation strips or reinforced concrete foundation slabs. The ceiling structures are reinforced concrete monolithic slabs. The building is insulated with a contact insulation system (ETICS) with basalt wool insulation boards.
