The building has ground floor and basement. The building has a partial basement with two above-ground floors. The object is based on basic passports. The vertical perimeter structures are designed from the Porotherm system. Horizontal load-bearing structures are made of reinforced concrete. Roof construction of the object is composed by flat roofs and shaped roof. Drawings were worked out in software Archicad.

The bachelor's thesis on the topic Super-standard family house processes project documentation at the level of construction implementation. The building is located in the village of Chomoutov in the Olomouc region. The object is situated on a flat plot of land. The shape of the plot is square. It is a two-story family house with a partial basement. The family house has an indoor pool. The vertical supporting structures are made of ceramic blocks with mineral wool filling. The non-basement part of the building is based on plain concrete foundations. The foundations will be connected in stages. The basement part consists of a white bathtub. The horizontal structures are reinforced concrete monolithic. The roof of the building is a gable roof over the living area and a single-layer flat roof over the pool.

The building has one above-ground and one underground floor, which is set into the slope. The plan of the house is T-shaped. Vertical circumferential and supporting constructions are designed according to Porotherm system and are equipped by contact thermal insulation system. Horizontal load-bearing structures are made of reinforced concrete. Roof construction of the object is composed by shaped roof.

Bachelor´s thesis encompasses project documentation for realization of new detached house above-standart. The new building is situated in Brno, city part Žabovřesky, in a newly built location. Detached house is designed as a free-standing building with two above-ground and one underground floor on a slope. The new building is projected as a permanent housing for a five member family. The plan of the building is an irregular shape, resembling letter L. Detached house is based on plain concrete strip foundations. Vertical load-bearing structures of the above-ground are made of pottery breeze block, underground vertical constructions are made of structural formwork. The horizontal construction system is made of reinforced concrete monolithic structure. The roof is flat, partly walkable. The building is thermal insulated with mineral cotton wool.
Apartment building

This bachelor thesis focuses on the development of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building. It is a building with 10 storeys and a full basement. The above-ground floors are mainly residential units and partly studios. This multi-storey building is also equipped with an elevator and an underground parking space, which is accessible by a car lift. The ground floor also houses a bicycle shop. The residential building will be located on the cadastral territory of the municipal district of Černá pole [610771], the entire building is located on plot number 3794 in Brno. Vertical load-bearing structures are designed mainly as reinforced concrete, then ceramic masonry in the higher receding floors. Horizontal load-bearing structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete. The roofs of the building are designed as flat single-skin roofs with an extensive vegetation layer, terraces are constructed with ceramic tiles. The foundation is designed on piles with a diameter of 600 mm and a waterproof monolithic reinforced concrete slab.

The bachelor thesis deals with the project documentation for a detached house with a workshop in Chomoutov. The documentation contains layout solutions of residential units, its non-residential premises for common use and design solutions of the weight-bearing system such as walls and ceilings. Furthermore, it deals with flat green roof, insulation of the building and its foundations and excavations.

In my diploma thesis, I wanted to outline the possibilities of gradual revitalization of our cities in the spirit of permaculture and at the same time support food self-sufficiency by designing fruit parks, community and roof gardens for commercial and non-commercial use. The work deals with the idea of integrating agriculture into the urban environment in local conditions. The application of urban agriculture, especially in Western countries, is already quite common. The work should serve as a guide to creating a more sustainable urban environment.

The topic of the diploma’s thesis is the creation of part of the project documentation for the construction of a nearly zero energy municipal office. The area under consideration is located in the central part of the village of Kvasiny. This is a built-up, stabilized area, which is intended for civic amenities. From an urban point of view, it is an open structure formed by a freely accessible public space between individual objects. The building is designed on a simple rectangular floor plan, has two above-ground floors and is partially underground. In terms of volume, it is three interpenetrating blocks. The facade is characterized by wooden slats, which separate the mass of part of the cultural centre from the mass of the municipal office. The building is designed as a brick building with a flat roof. The structural system of the building is a combination of transverse and longitudinal wall systems. The ceiling and roof structures are designed from reinforced concrete prefabricated prestressed panels of the Spiroll type.
Airport building

The thesis deals with the design of the airport building in the airport area Jihlava-Henčov. There is a flat plot land on which one-story building with a two-story tower is located. The single-story part of the building is designed as a wooden frame of glue-laminated timber which opens to the airport runways to the south. The roof curtain walling is designed with insulation of foam glass blocks and the roof covering is folded metal roof. The tower is designed as a steel frame with the metal sandwich panels. Under the building is designed a installation channel for the passage of installations and air ducts.

The subject of the thesis is the preparation of project documentation for construction. The goal of the work is the design of a children's home for children who have been ordered to receive institutional education. The building is situated in the outskirts of Chrudim. It is a detached building. The building has a partial basement with 4 above-ground floors and 1 underground floor. The building is based on plain concrete foundations. The vertical structures are designed as ceramic masonry, in the underground floor the perimeter masonry consists of concrete blocks of lost formwork. Horizontal structures are designed as reinforced concrete monolithic. The roofs of the building are designed as flat vegetation with extensive greenery. In total, there are three housing units in the building for family groups of eight children each. Furthermore, social and administrative spaces are designed in the building. On the first floor above ground there are offices, a common room and spaces for leisure activities of the guests. A study room, a PC classroom, an exercise room and one apartment for 8 children and 1 teacher are designed on the second floor. The third and fourth above-ground floors have the same layout and each has one apartment unit. The building's technical facilities and storage areas are located in the basement.
