This diploma thesis describes the design of an office building with underground parking banks and two apartments. The building is located in Novy Jicin. The building has three floors and one underground floor. The basement serves as a parking and storage areas. The first and second floor serves the administration of the bank. The third above ground floor includes two flats. Roofed by mono-pitched roof, flat roof terraces and green flat roof. The thesis is a specialization of concrete and ventilation.

Multifunctional building

This diploma thesis processes the dateched multifunctional building. The supporting structure of the house is a monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton. The building is covered with a flat roof. The design focus is on the overal consistency among spatial, structural, static, fire safety, acoustic and thermal technical requirements. The graphical part of documentation has been processed in the AUTOCAD software.

Football club

The project designs the new building of football club with one unit on the second floor and gym that is open to the public. The building has a flat roof. It is designed as a wall construction system with a contact thermal – insulation system. The project will also include the parking and pavements.

Multifunctional building

In this master´s thesis I propose a new built multifunctional building. It will be located in Znojmo on plot No. 2092/18. The building is designed according to the Heluz system and has four main storeys and flat roof. The first floor will be rented to businesses – a hair salon, a cafe, a nail salon, the other three floors will be used for housing - on each floor there will be two flats 4+1 and one flat 4+kk. The design includes designated parking for residents and customers near builting.

Sports and Relaxation Centre

This thesis details the building design blueprints and associated project documentation for a sports and leisure center in the town of Holesov. The building consists of 2 floors and a basement. In the basement there are rooms for sporting and relaxation activities and a staff room for employees. There is a reception and restaurant in the first floor. The last floor contains massage parlors and solariums with the inclusion of a VIP lounge. This dissertation includes an architectural study and technical specifications for the sanitary engineering and concrete structures of the building. The latter of which includes the calculations for the cross reinforced concrete platform.

In this thesis is elaborated a complex documentation for a new sports and relaxation complex. Project accentuates on dispositional and architectural design with emphasis on technical solution. Valuation of static, antinoise protection, energy saving and safety of construction using is part of the project. Heft of the thesis is designed by AutoCAD software application.

The Master thesis presents a design of the multifunctional building in City of Pardubice. The building has three functions: caffe house, administration and also housing. The building has four floor without basement and there is a level roof. I tis designed as a reinforced concrete frame and walls with ventilated fasade do not have a bearing function. Design of building mens the general technical requirements for the construction.

An intention of this thesis is to create a project documentation of commercial building. This house is situated at the edge of Brno. Ground plan of this three-floored partly basement house is designed as broken shape. Roof of this building is designed as flat. This building is used as a company headquarters and a stock.

Multifunctional building

The project design processes multifunctional building - a sports center for sports. Multifunctional building is situated in Česká Skalice and its capacity is about 140 people. In building are these spaces: 2 squash courts, massage room, snacks, fitness rooms, boulder wall, sporting goods store. In the area of property are also situated tennis courts. From an architectural point of view the building acts as a breaking right angle. Documentation is processed at the level of documentation for building permit.

Polyfunctional building

The objective of this master thesis is a working out of project documentation of building „polyfunctional bulding“ containing all the requirements according to currently valid orders and standards. New bulding is located on plot No. 2636/5 flat terrain in the urban area of the village of Jablunkov. The building has 3 floors and a basement is partially. The roof is designed as a flat. The first floor is planned with space for library and cafe. In the second and third floor residental units are located on each floor of the two. In the basement of the building is designed background residental units. Connecting of utilities can be made of existing infrastructure.
