The purchase agreement for the transfer of real property

Bachelor thesis The purchase agreement for the transfer of real property is focused on the examination of the error rate for input of property right submitted as a subject to purchase agreement. The theoretical part of bachelor thesis explains major legal regulations, on which the issue of purchase agreement and deposit management is based on. The emphasis is put on changes in legislation, which are reflected in the Civil Code and Cadastral Law. The practical part of thesis deals with the investigation of defects in the purchase agreements and in the propositions for input property right, which led to pausing or even stopping the input management in Cadastral Office for Central Bohemian Region, Cadastral Department Benešov. Data for own analysis and all statistics used in the thesis were obtained for the period 2008 to 2015. The reason for investigation of deposit management during longer time period is subsequent eventuality for the comparison of antecedent and present legislation. In the end of the bachelor thesis, there are summarized results of own investigation and also the benefits of present legislation evaluated, which is reflected in number of accepted propositions for input in the real property as well as in error rate in purchase agreements and propositions.

Bankruptcy of an entrepreneur and methods of its solution

In this Bachelor Thesis I firstly defined the applicable legislation on the subject
of bankruptcy of an entrepreneur and methods of its solution.
In the chapter Analysis of the examined issue, introduced theoretically possible methods of solution of a bankruptcy, therefore Discharge of debts, Bankruptcy
and Reorganization. Despite the fact that other methods of solution of bankruptcy
exist, I respect the limited scope of this Bachelor Thesis and devoted it primarily to the analysis of methods of solution of bankruptcy in insolvency proceeding.
Further I introduced genuine cases of methods of a solution of a bankruptcy acquired from study of court cases of bankruptcy and its effectiveness. Further I dealt with the statistics of the occurrence of the bankruptcy in the above mentioned period
I determined that the number of the declared bankruptcies increased each year
of the examined period.
In the last part of the chapter Analysis of the examined issue I followed
up the most common causes of a bankruptcy and appropriate means of its prevention based on the results of a questionnaire survey.
In the chapter Summary of the result of the research I evaluated the applicable legislation of the subject of bankruptcy as insufficient because of the low rate
of satisfaction of creditors in the insolvency proceeding. In this chapter I also proposed means for increasing the rate of satisfaction of creditors in the insolvency proceeding.
After that I summarized the results of the research of the main causes
of the bankruptcy, methods of its solution and development of the occurrence
of the bankruptcy. In the conclusion of the mentioned chapter and the whole thesis
I introduced the appropriate means of prevention of a bankruptcy.

Administrative procedure of an offence in traffic on the ground communication

In theoretical part this bachelor thesis deals with offence proceedings in connection with road traffic offences. The reader is familiarized with basic concepts related to this procedure, particular stages of this procedure and with the process of administrative body of the first level against person who commited the misdemeanour or administrative offence regarding the road traffic. By means of basic theoretical methods of knowledge was carried out the comparison of two different basic laws according to which is the procedure proceeded.
The analytical part of this thesis is focused on application of discovered theoretical findings at the Department of administrative and transport of municipality Přeštice. The reader is familiar shortly with this department and with the overwiew of the particular activities of the administrative body which is involved to this department. The main task in this part of the thesis was the author´s effort to realize an analysis and comparison of numbers of received announcements about the misdemeanour and administrative offence douring monitored period 2003-2015. The final result is the comprehensive overview of discovered findings well arranged in tables and charts.

Transfer of ownership in the Land Register

This thesis deals with description of the structure of the whole of the Czech Office for Surveying, Mapping and Cadastre. It focuses on the cadastre, the origin and regulation.
An integral part of the theoretical part are the kinds of land registration, their description
and requirements.
The practical part consists of statistics, that nterpret data on deposits before the new legislation and after old legislation through graphs and tables through. Furthermore, graphs and tables show the whole information about the entry procedure and the provision of information this year. The practical part closes the interview with the director of the cadastral office on the theme of the new Cadastral law, its changes and entry procedures.

Practice of resident evidence in the Czech Republic

This graduate work talks about problematic of evidence of inhabitans in Czech Republic practise law. The theoretic part explains the primary concepts, which are associated with evidence of inhabitans. It describes a development of legislation related with evidence of inhabitans since 1948 till present. The important part deal with state administration bodies and the major activities consistent to law of evidence of inhabitans. At the practic part, there are analyzed individually activities in case of evidence in Spálené Poříčí. Thanks to practise experience of the writer, we can read the real problems from problematic of evidence of inhabitans. At the end of this work, there are proposed resolutions of this problems, which can head to more effective procedur.

Business opportunities of individuals

Bachelor thesis "Business opportunities of individuals" is mainly engaged in commercial activities in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part focuses on the history of the trade business, through the gradual amendment to today's valid legislation of the trade act. There are elaborated definitions of trade, types of trades and conditions of business operation. Furthermore zoomed creation, modification and termination of the business license and control of commercial activities. Last but not least there are defined self-employed person and his or her responsibilities. In the practical section the lessons learned are outlined from the theoretical part to specific traders. Next point is comparison of entrepreneurs of the Czech Republic in individual years according to the obtained trade license. Further there are advantages and disadvantages according to economic indicators that relate to employees and self-employed persons.
