The diploma thesis is focused on the creation of measures which lead to the competitiveness increase. It clarifies the terms in the competitiveness and competitive advantage field. It observes the Mironet.cz company, which is specialized in the sale of information technology devices, and it analyzes the company environment. On the basis of analyses, measures leading to competitiveness increase of the company observed are suggested.
Proposal of an Educational Programme for Employees in the Course of Implementation of Bar Codes at the UHS JAKOS Company

This thesis deals with proposal for an education program for employees of UHS JAKOS, a.s. which implemented a new information system 3 year ago and because of this they are planning to implement a bar codes. The analysis was realized by questionnaire survey between the employees who will work with the bar codes. The thesis is divided into 3 sections. The first section is theoretical and describes an education as process of change during implementing the bar codes. Next is analysis section which describes a current situation in the company by questionnaire. At the end it focuses on proposal of education program which will get easy the implementing of code bars.
Contemporary Trends in Early Childhood Education and Care in England

This paper examines current trends and developments in the early childhood care and education system in England. The aim of the thesis is to provide a comprehensive understanding of English early childhood education. The thesis focuses on the current anchoring of early childhood care and education in the English education system. It provides an analysis and deeper insight into the circumstances of the emergence, progress and direction of current reforms and trends. The thesis is framed by a qualitative research paradigm while the research design is a single country case study using content analysis of documents, semi-structured expert interviews and participant observation. The thesis captures the historical background to English early childhood education and its influence on the creation of the current situation. It has focused on analysis of external (European) and internal influences on educational policy in England and their reflection in curriculum development documents. The thesis also thematises the developments in workforce policy and their impact on the contemporary situation of early years professionals. Development of the school in the Louňovice pod Blaníkem in historical and regional context

The thesis "Development of the School in Louňovice pod Blaníkem in Historical-Regional Context" aims to map the emergence and evolution of the school in Louňovice pod Blaníkem against the backdrop of the region, examining the development and characteristics of the municipality within its own historical context. The political and educational context in relation to the educational laws of the studied period is also considered. The methods employed in this thesis include source analysis, inductive and deductive methods, and the project method. The historical section describes the regional, historical, and economic development of the municipality, as well as the establishment and evolution of the school throughout history.The practical part focuses on a demonstration of project-based teaching in the third year. The aim is to bring students closer to the history of the school and the township, allowing them to process acquired information through experiential learning. The outcome of the thesis is a summary of the historical development of the township and school in Louňovice pod Blaníkem, along with the implementation of the project "School: Past and Present." The diploma thesis introduces the 5th grade students to the history of the place that is located in the area close to the school. With the help of the project, and therefore their own research, the pupils will discover the period of the 19th century through the life and work of Karel Jaromír Erben. Since the school is located near the Olšan Cemetery in Prague, the beginning and the end of the project are at these cemeteries, where K. J. Erben is buried. The work is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part, will be presented information about the situation in the 19th century. How Czechs and other nationalities lived before and after 1848. The work focuses on the important patriot Karel Jaromír Erben, who lived in the mentioned times and his work, which is still known to the general public. At the same time, the work also focuses on the pupil and the goals that are based on the RVP. The knowledge gained from the theoretical part will serve as the basis for the practical part. In the practical part, the work is directly focused on a specific project. Its plan, implementation, evaluation, reflection and self-reflection. Specifics of distance learning in a small village school

This thesis deals with the specifics of distance education at a small village school from the perspective of teachers in the 2020/2021 school year and the forced closure of schools as a result of the global Covid 19 pandemic. In the theoretical part of the work, it is based on the available literature that deals with distance education, and also on the investigation of the Czech School Inspectorate. The work defines the concepts associated with distance learning, its forms and methods, the content of education and its changes during distance learning, the use of digital technologies and points out the pros and cons of distance learning. Considering that the research takes place at a small village school and is dedicated to distance learning at a small village school with a focus on its specifics, the thesis contains a chapter dedicated to small village schools. This chapter deals with the concept of countryside and village, points out the social and cultural aspects of the countryside and explains the concept of small class and rural school. Competences of children in the field of safety and health protection in preschool education

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of safety and health protection. The aim is to demonstrate the extent to which children and first graders are able to correctly identify risk situations. Whether and, if applicable, what are the differences in the competences in the field of safety and health protection for children of preschool age and the competences of children of younger school age. The text and content of the thesis is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part presents an insight into the issues of safety and health protection. It explains and describes the basic concepts that must be understood and known, for the subsequent creation of comprehensive ideas about the interconnectedness and essence of the solved problem. Interprets the view of the Framework educational programs for preschool and basic education in terms of safety and health protection. At the same time, it monitors the content, methods and forms in which it is passed on to children in upbringing and education. The last and no less important part is devoted to children's competencies from the point of view of developmental psychology.
