Educational contribution of poetry in early childhood education
TUREK, Petr
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to explore and define possible personal criteria of a teacher when choosing poetry as an educational tool targeting the pre-school children in the reality of preschool institutional education, as well as to elicit the variety of possibilities of the practical usage of the poetry in this field. The theoretical part defines poetry in the context of literature and its application when working with children, regarding their pre-school age reception specifics. The practical part lists some individual demonstrations of children poetry while using my own poetical work resources. Those are analysed with regard of the Czech Educational Framework Programme for pre-school education as the part of teacher's preparation for practical application - the formation of educational offer within the Class educational plan with the intention to achieve the CEFP aims on the regional level.
King Hezekiah
Turek, Petr ; Beneš, Jiří (advisor) ; Roubalová, Marie (referee)
Summary: In this thesis I have focused on the views of individual biblical and Talmudic authors on King Hezekiah. My goal was primarily to compare the assessment of Hezekiah and his deeds in the texts of the Deuteronomist, Chronicler, and other editors. These authors, editors and maybe even entire schools knew Hezekiah as a historical figure known through his abilities as a ruler, his dedication to the Cult of the Lord, and his human qualities. In their attempt to create a complete historical record, the Deuteronomist and Chronicler both deliberately portrayed the character of King Hezekiah in an idealized form, as described above. One of the goals of this work was to show the reason why they chose to do so. Transpersonal motivations certainly played a role in the contemplations of both of them. Both knew that the written word (even more so the historiography of one's own nation) organized from fragments of oral tradition, passed on from father to son, has great power. Not power over others or God, but power over themselves. The nation of Israel should see itself in the characters of the story related by our authors. While listening to these stories, the people of Jerusalem have the chance to identify themselves with the ailing, repentant and in the end the healed Hezekiah. The goal of the Deuteronomist and...
The Quality and Safety of Transfusion Products - a Study on Critical Aspects of Quality and Important Factors in Quality Control
Zimová, Renata ; Bláha, Milan (advisor) ; Gašová, Zdenka (referee) ; Turek, Petr (referee)
The quality and safety of transfusion products - a study on critical aspects of quality and important factors in quality control Products made from blood (transfusion products and blood derivatives) represent a special group of therapeutic preparations that have specific properties (danger of allergic reactions, transfer of infections etc.). The aim of this study was to show critical points of the process of producing safe, first-rate transfusion preparations at the level reflecting the progress in medicine and technology. Secondary aim was to analyze whether inspections of the State Institute for Drug Control, strict requirements and implementation of EU legislative have influence on the quality of work in blood establishments (BEs) and whether there are some relations between selected BEs with similar characteristics (the size and type of facility) and quality of work as this is presently a heated topic in discussions about restructuralization of transfusion service. The author analyzed her own experience gained during 129 inspections from the view of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in BEs in the Czech Republic and abroad. The survey of results The most frequent and most important shortcomings (key and critical points) in production of transfusion products are parameters described in the chapter...
Methods of double taxation avoidance and using thereof in the Czech tax law
Turek, Petr ; Kotáb, Petr (advisor) ; Kohajda, Michael (referee)
83 RESUMÉ Methods of double taxation avoidance and using thereof in the Czech tax law The Master Thesis deals with the methods of international double taxation avoidance as they are set out by the OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) and UN (United Nations) Model Conventions, as well as by the international bilateral treaties concluded by the Czech Republic based on these model conventions. The definition of the basic terms used by the Czech tax law is first set out by the Thesis. Then later the Thesis focuses on the two fundamental model conventions being the OECD model and the UN model, on the "model" treaty concluded by the United States of America, and on the double taxation avoidance international treaties in general - their role, reasons and possible use. The European law regarding the international double taxation shall also be mentioned, i.e. directives of the European Union, decisions of the Court of Justice of the European Union, or eventually the other initiatives brought up at the European Union bases. The fundamental part of the Thesis regards the methods of the double taxation avoidance: the exemption method and the credit method, including their types. Each of the mentioned methods (full exemption, exemption with progression, full credit and ordinary credit) is...
