The main aim of my bachelor thesis is a perception of a quality management by headmistresses of kindergarden. Their opinions and arguments about the quality management of a school and their clarifications. The bachelor thesis is suppose to discover what awareness do the headmistresses of the kindergarden have about opportunities of the quality management. What are their opinions about methods of the quality management and their introducing to a school system. What form of introducing would bring benefits to competitive environment of the kindergardens. The bachelor thesis should bring real description, opinions and stance of the kindergarden's headmistresses on a education system, its quality management, their potential arguments and their reasons. Director of Teaching activities in selected OECD countries

The purpose of the Bachelor Thesis is to compare direct pedagogical activities of headmasters of elementary education in five EU countries: The Czech Republic, Poland, Austria, Hungary and Slovakia. In the introduction the status of an Elementary school director in the Czech Republic is specified. The practical part considers a comparison of a direct pedagogical activity and some other requirements on a headmaster of an Elementary school in Poland, Hungary, Austria and Slovakia.

Modern school management with ICT support

Cílem této práce je zjistit, jak využít ICT pro řízení ve školství. Pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů zmapovat současný přístup managementu základních škol k problematice ICT v řízení školy. V práci jsou vymezeny pojmy management a ICT, stejně tak shromážděna východiska tématu z aktuálních výzkumů, zpráv, nástrojů a strategie vzdělávání ČR. Výsledky pedagogického výzkumu mezi řediteli základních škol jsou v závěru konfrontovány s publikovanými výzkumy a závěry. To monitor current attitude of basic school management to the topic ICT in school management, due to half- structured interviews with principal. In this work are defined notions: management and ICT, as collected terminus a quo of the topic: current researches, informations, tools and strategy of education Czech Republic. Results of the pedagogical research among principals of the elementary school are compared with published researches and conclusions in the end of the work.
