DotVVM to Accelerated Mobile Pages Transpiler

This thesis proposes an extension to the DotVVM web framework that adds support for conversion of DotVVM pages into AMP pages. This thesis describes the current status and inner workings of DotVVM and AMP. The thesis contains an overview of the advantages and disadvantages of both technologies. Second part of this thesis describes implementation of DotVVM.AMP. Final part of this thesis shows integration of DotVVM.AMP into an existing DotVVM application.

New kinase inhibitors

Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a heterogenous malignancy characterized by the occurrence of common myeloid progenitors, which then accumulate in the bone marrow and peripheral blood. This subsequently leads to a failure of hematopoiesis. Approximately one third of patients have a mutation in FMS-like tyrosine kinase (FLT3), which is associated with a higher risk of relapse and an overall worse prognosis. In recent years, several FLT3 inhibitors have been developed to facilitate the treatment of AML but patients develop resistance to most of them over time, leading to subsequent relapse of the disease. This bachelor's thesis discusses the synthesis of new potential inhibitors and the effect of imidazo[1,2-b]pyridazine core substitution on the inhibitory activity of these substances against the internal tandem duplication (ITD) type mutation in FLT3 kinase. ParsecCore: A parser combinator library in the C# language

In this thesis, we implement a parser combinator library in C# inspired by Parsec. Parser combinators refer to a style of parsing where a parser is modeled as function from string to some structured result. Afterward, higher-order functions called combinators are used to combine simple parsers into more complex ones. Other such libraries exist, but in our estimation, they contain various deficiencies. We create an implementation without these faults and also introduce two new modules for parsing indentation- sensitive languages and permutations. We additionally implement two ex- ample parsers to showcase our library.

Methods and consequences of some neurosurgical interventions in animal model and in human clinic. Pinealectomy and intracerebroventricular application.

Clinical surgical techniques of pinealectomy and intracerebroventricular (i.c.v) cannulation are still used in the clinic in indicated cases. In research, there is an effort to replace these classical surgical techniques by other means. However, these various new models often do not reflect the complexity of the functions taking place in the living organism as a whole. The thesis shows that these surgical techniques should be also a part of biomedical research in the future, as they still bring new important information. In the experiment, the pinealectomy can serve as a model of resection or depletion (removal of natural hormone secretion), while i.c.v. application of the active substance to the ventricles on the contrary as a model of addition or substitution. The practical part of the thesis is divided into 4 areas: A) pinealectomy - an animal models, B) pinealectomy - in the experiment, C) pinealectomy - in the clinical practice and D) intracerebroventricular application - in the experiment. The work describes in detail the surgical techniques and discuss possible consequences of pinealectomy in 6 animal species (and their comparison) and in humans. Synthesis of novel types of annulated deazapurine nucleosides with potential biological activity

This thesis reports the syntheses and biological activities of benzo- and thieno-fused 7-deazapurine ribonucleosides, which were designed as extended analogues of potent cytostatic 6-hetaryl-7-deazapurine or 6-amino-7-hetaryl-7-deazapurine ribonucleosides. First of all, multigram syntheses of (di)chloro-9H-pyrimido[4,5-b]indoles from simple chloro- nitrobenzenes were developed. Pyrimidoindoles were successfully glycosylated and used for the synthesis of 4-hetaryl-6-chloro-, 4,6-bis(hetaryl)-, 4-amino-6-hetaryl-, 4-amino-5-hetaryl- and 4-susbtituted pyrimido[4,5-b]indole ribonucleosides. Hetaryl groups were introduced by Suzuki or Stille cross-coupling reaction. Standard catalysts and conditions were used for reaction in position 4. To observe some reactivity of unreactive chlorine in position 6, modification of standard protocol was necessary. Screening of several ligands had been done and Buchwald ligand X-Phos was found to be optimal. As chlorine in position 4 is activated for nucleophilic substitution, amino and dimethylamino derivatives were prepared by reaction with aqueous ammonia and dimethylamine, respectively. 4-Alkyl derivatives were synthesized by palladium-catalyzed alkylation with trialkylaluminium or by Negishi coupling in case of cyclopropyl derivative. This bachelor thesis is focused on computer-controlled machines, which process steel sheets of tin while using the method of forming. The thesis is divided into three sections. The first section summarizes the production process of steel sheets focusing on different types of steel. Next section deals with the description of forming machines which form the steel sheets. The primary point of this section is to describe the machines that produce mouldings and burnouts. Third section deals with the temporary anticorrosive protection during the process of stocking and transportation of finished goods.

Analýza provozních a ekonomických ukazatelů pásové sušárny zemědělských komodit

The thesis is focused on an analysis of operational and the economic indicators of belt dryer for agricultural commodities and factors which influence these indicators. In company Agros Haná s.r.o. had measured three consecutive dryings of corn for gains on a dryer line (years 2016, 2017, 2018). On the basis of the measured values were established the energy consuptions and the operating costs of a dryer for each of the years. In additional, the individual factors influencing the amount of drying costs were analysed. The humidity of the corn during harvest proved to be one of the main factors, the temperature of drying dependant on the ambient air temperature was determined to be another decisive factor.
