This bachelor thesis deals with the study of the order flow in the warehouse management in a selected company. In my thesis, I focused on the logistics concept of warehouse management and the subsequent analysis of the current state of order flow in the selected company. Subsequently, according to the analysis, I have presented suggestions to improve the current state of the order flow that lead to minimizing the occurrence of errors and speeding up the order flow process.

This thesis deals with the general principle of technology as a partial freight logistics center services ČSAD Hodonín, as The paper first lists and describes the activities related to the operation of logistics centers, which are further supplemented by an analysis of the operation, focusing on the loading, unloading and transfer batches of different manufacturing companies. This thesis is further supplemented by a theoretical approach with potential applications in the actual operation. The result is then draft general technological progress in the transportation of goods from the factory to the logistics center using its own freight.

It monitors the particular activities in the processing of the order and the use of the information system in the particular departments of the company. It includes draft of changes, which was made on the basis of actual state analyzes. Changes are aimed at achieving optimal quality and delivery terms in the creation of a value chain.

Creating a Secure Company in the Selected Industry

This diploma thesis deals with the investigation of possible dangers threatening human health+ that may arise during activities in the construction company P&P Stavební společnost and the health and safety management system in the company. The introductory chapter introduces the construction company and its focus. The next chapter presents the theoretical background and concepts occurring in the thesis. In the following chapter, the risks of a specific company order were identified and quantified using the FMEA method, and the completed "Check-list" required to obtain the Safe Company certificate is given. Lastly, there are proposed solutions to reduce the identified risks and to successfully obtain the Safe Company certificate.

This thesis deals with study of production process of a company that mostly deals with custom-made products of mechanical engineering. One part of the thesis is an analysis that serves to reveal weakness. Criteria and requirments for new information system are stated on the basis of the weaknesses. The thesis describes the approach and the schedule of implementation of the information system. The conclusion describes the economical evaluation of the project and the assumed impact on the management of the company.
