Eliminate structural thermal brigdes

The Bachelor thesis deals with the ways of eliminating thermal bridges in overhanging concrete structures using ISO-beams. The first part of the thesis presents a list of producers who provide ISO-beams in the Czech Republic, a comparison of products according to the transfer of internal forces, and the complete product list of ISO-beams by Schöck GmbH. The second part deals with the calculation of internal forces of particular balconies and design reinforcement.

Mechanical properties of marine sediment near Koper and numerical modelling of a deep excavation Engineering geological conditions near the port Koper in southwestern Slovenia forces geotechnical experts and civil engineers to solve problems in foundation various types of objects and purpose of the practice since the fifties of last century, when it began an intensive development of infrastructure of the port. The results of series of geological and geotechnical surveys, monitoring, and long experience with foundation in the local geology shows that it is almost always the 3rd geotechnical category, or foundation of complex structures in difficult geological conditions below the water table. The entire area belongs to Alpine-Dinaric tectonic area. The rock foundation is composed of complexes of flysch sediments Eocene age at which mounted files of recent marine sediments in the area widely submerged river valley fluvial sands and gravels. From the geotechnical point of view it is interesting site, where most buildings were based on a layer of soft marine sediments, where it is through the creation of special methods implemented in the establishment of deep-level endurable layers of gravel and sand of the river Rižana or at the level footingwall flysch. A stay in a department KAR can bring beside treatment and often saving of live in acute period a risk too. Just length of hospitalization has high effect for developement of infectious and psychiatrics disease and shortening of length of hospitalization can prevent this complication. Severe trauma of body, chirurgical or incidental, produces a reproductive phyziological response. A mechanism of initiation, regulation and a maintenance includes mostly neuroendocrinal axis. An optimal level for suppression of stress response is still unknown. An environment of JIP is a litle bit abnormal from an environment i common live. Mostly all incoming patients in ICU experience a pain due to performing of procedure, advance of disease or immobility without possibility for change position. A pain cause sympatic hyperaktivity, which increase hearth's frequency, stroke volume and consumption of oxygen by myokard.Assesment of sedation is difficult, because it is not in clinical praxis for disposition objektive method for assesment. Impossibility of adequate assesment of pain is not optimal for managing of pain. Need for sedation during using of mechanical ventilation is individual different. An inadequate deep sedation inhibits function of respiratory centre. Deep sedation without a positive affecting of mental function...

T h e s i s o n A u d i o v i s u a l w o r k s - A b s t r a c t The thesis deals with the legal regulation of audiovisual works in the Czech legal order. The thesis analyzes this legislation in detail with regard to the audiovisual experience, and also discusses some of the practical issues arising during the production and use of audiovisual works. In the introduction to the thesis, individual sources of legal regulation of audiovisual works are listed and also the key issues covered by the thesis. The first chapter defines the term of "an audiovisual work" and it also focuses on the development of the legal definition of this term. The second chapter is regarding the author of an audiovisual work; it describes who was considered to be an author of the audiovisual work in the past and who is considered to be an author under the current legislation. The third chapter defines another important term of the legal regulation of audiovisual works, namely so-called "works audiovisually used" (works which are used in the audiovisual work). It is also regarding the authors of works audiovisually used. The term "works audiovisually used" as such is not defined by Czech law and therefore its interpretation results in frequent inconsistencies. This thesis tries to find solution for these interpretation differences....
