Childbirth as a natural part of life, where the woman giving birth has prime position and the option of choice. She should feel free and accepted - to be able to give birth physiologically (without unnecessary external interference). Physiological childbirth as the best for a woman, a baby and their relationship. Up to 80 % of women do not need a doctor to give birth, but only a "suitable environment". In my diploma thesis I propose a "maternity house". This concept is well-known abroad, in our country it is a new type of care. For this purpose, I use two existing houses, which are owned by the city of Blansko and stand next to the hospital.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to provide a comprehensive set of information about the possibilities of practicing medical practice. Possibilities are the estab-lishment of medical practice by an individual or legal person, the transfer of a share in a company or transfer of medical practice from an individual person to a legal person. For the processing of literary research, it was necessary to study the legislation on the provision of health services. I also focused on the ad-vantages and disadvantages of individual and collective business. In my own work, I dealt with a concrete example of the transfer of the ophthalmic ambulance and compiled a summary of the steps necessary for setting up an ophthalmic am-bulance by an individual and legal person.

Actual problems of identification and description of web information resources

This thesis deals about problems of identification and description of electronic information resources on the Internet. It is mainly focused on web resources. It outlines some specific features of electronic resources and reasons why conventional cataloging methods are not proper for description of these resources. The main goal of this work is to make reader acquainted with selected descriptive metadata formats and illustrate their usage in practice. -- Problems of determination of bibliographic unit are mentioned briefly. There is short chapter on IFLA study Functional Requirements for Bibliographic Records (FRBR, http://www.ifla.org/VII/s13/wgfrbr/index.htm). Bibliographic entities and their relations are presented. -- Some technical standards for metadata communication are remembered - mark-up languages, Resource Description Framework (RDF, http://www.w3.org/RDF/) and a standard for encoding descriptive, administrative, and structural metadata METS (Metadata Encoding and Transmission Standard, http://www.loc.gov/standards/mets/). -- Next chapters turned to selected descriptive metadata formats and following systems and projects. Access to all information sources including grey literature in Surveyor library

The present version of Invenio system is used not only for our digital repository, but as a solution of the single information access in Surveying Library too. The searching and access to the library catalogue, article bibliography, Kramerius digital library, electronic information resources, grey literature, and internal documents is provided using Invenio system, it means that Invenio serves as a full library system. The introduction of the BibCirculation module, which provides various library services, will be a part of our presentation. Surveying Library is the first institution which uses this module of Invenio in the Czech Republic.
