Působení pesticidů na pavouky - letální a subletální efekt
Synek, Patrik
This bachelor thesis is about effects of fungicides and fungicides in combination with ordinary surfactants to foraging behaviour of Philodromus spiders. Fungicides are commonly used in agroecosystems for example in orchards and vineyards where Philodromus spiders are abound. Fungicides are mixed with surfactants then fungicides have better effect. Effect of fungicides and surfactants to spiders which are used as natural regulator of pests have never been studied before. Thesis has two parts. First part is literature review where are information about spiders, fungicides and effects of fungicides. In second part is description of experiment and research which prove lethal and sub-lethal effect. We analyse foraging behaviour of Philodromus spiders to fungicides, fungicides with surfactants and only surfactants in a sex-specific manner. Fungicide Karathane New? in combination with surfactant Trend 90? reduce foraging behaviour among females but not among males. Fungicide IQ Crystal? in combination with Trend 90? increased the number of killed flies among males. This is first thesis about effects to foraging behaviour of spiders in orchards where are used fungicides and surfactants.
