Most common swimming technique mistakes by amateur swimmers and their re-education

This thesis aims at observing the swimming technique of adult amateur swimmers and revealing their most common mistakes. Based on statistical analysis, a training plan was composed in order to eliminate the observed swimming technique errors. Furthermore, it was examined whether better swimming technique results in faster performance by the target group.
Traffic education in the context of physical education lessons

The theoretical part aims to clarify the concept of Traffic Education and informs the readers of its importance and goals. Moreover, it deals with the capacity of Traffic Education in terms of the Czech educational system. At the same, it mentions the pedagogical projects, traffic playgrounds and also the physical education, which has an effect on road users. The aim of the practical part is to find out, using the questionnaires, how much the schools pay attention to Traffic Education and whether the principles of traffic education are involved in P.E. classes. The practical part also includes a developed project for the fourth grades on teaching the traffic education on traffic playgrounds
Preswimming preparation in kindergarten Žalany and its impact on the next level of basic swimming skills in the 1st class of primary school

This thesis focuses on the methodological approaches in teaching basic swimming skills with children of preschool and school age in Primary school and Kindergarten Žalany. In the theoretical part is all about teaching children swimming. There are described characteristics of preschool and school age with its specifics. Conclusion of the theoretical part focuses on teaching children swimming in the Czech republic according to applicable standards. The practical part is focused on examining the impact of pre-swimming preparation in Kindergarten Žalany in comparative tests with children in the 1st class of Primary school Žalany. The main methods of the research are to observation, scoring the level of basic swimming skills with the subsequent processing of the data obtained. Use of Nutritional Supplements in Individual Sport Sectors

The aim of the diploma thesis was to determine, which nutritional supplements are selected by athletes of strength and endurance sports branches and what is the reason for their option. The theoretical part characterizes the 8 selected sports sector from point of view of the sport performance structure. There is also mentioned the issue of nutritional supplements, their division, legislation or general recommendations for the use in sport. The last chapter deals with the requirements for the use of nutritional supplements in different periods with respect to the branche of sport. Research part has specifically determined the nutritional strategy for athletes in the field of mentioned food supplements at strength and endurance-oriented sports disciplines by using the questionnaire. The research is supported by an interview with an expert nutritionist and sports through collaboration with the staff of the Centre for Sports of the Ministry of Interior
Determination of the effect of psychological skills to the pre anxiety in elite swimmers

The topic of this thesis becomes anxiety issues that negatively affects the enjoyment of sports performance and the performance of the individual itself. It assumes that the level of anxiety can consciously influence through the acquisition of specific mental skills. The theoretical part deals with the individual components that create or otherwise affect anxiety athletes. In the practical part we assume the application of research Sheldon Hanton and Graham Jones, who applied in the Czech environment for using standardized methods (questionnaire anxiety CSAI-2 (R), a guided interview). This is a qualitative research. At the end we evaluate and compare the results.
Qualification of dance education instructors of children from years 3 to 6 in elementary art schools and youth centers

This bachelor thesis looks at the skills and education of teachers of dance, teachers of leisure activities, tutors, and additional staff, who teach dance education in elementary art schools and youth centers. In the theoretic section the thesis processes theoretical and practical ideologies regarding free time, leisure and recreational activities, children of preschool age, and their relationship to exercise. Additionally the thesis discusses the educational backgrounds and qualifications of dance instructors and looks at how they lead dance classes in both elementary art schools and youth centers. In the practical section the thesis discovers whether the theoretical assumptions of the dance education management and its application match. Moreover, it compares the differences between two different institutions and measures factors of parental and directorial satisfaction of the dance workshops. This practical secrion examines the directoral requirements for the techers' abilities, their real education and qualification, and the parents' satisfaction with the institutions. Level of endurance abilities of the players first league volleyball and handball

The goal of the thesis is to determine the level of endurance for players first league volleyball and handball. Based on the structure of sport performance requirements compared to the level of endurance abilities in volleyball and handball and determine the actual level of endurance abilities. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of selected sports, namely volleyball and handball, motor skills and endurance capabilities. The practical part of the set of motor tests chosen Cooper run and Harvard step-test to draw real endurance skills of players first league. Both teams I selected on the basis of tests once measured and inferred results. Results were achieved by statistical processing and evaluation of data collected.
