Production of castings by the Full-Mold casting using 3D printed models

The aim of the work is to produce a casting using the evaporable model method with the use of 3D printed models. First, the thesis conducts a research on the topic and then discusses the process of producing a casting using this method. The PRUSA MK3S+ 3D FDM printer was chosen for the production of the model and HIPS and PMMA filaments were selected. This is followed by the selection of a model coating suitable for this technology, moulding into non-permanent sand moulds and casting the models. Finally, the final surfaces of the cast models with and without coating are compared.

Haptic model for the blind and partially sighted according to the image of the Madonna of Vyšší Brod

Bachelor thesis is processed in theoretical-practical form. The theoretical section deals with the understanding and functionality of Gothic paintings in connection with the medieval mentality. It also outlines the interconnectedness of artistic currents in Europe and the Czech lands. The most important historical motives and the most important preserved murals and plate paintings in the Czech lands are mentioned. The work also deals with the independent subject of madonnas and their significance for medieval society. In the subsequent part of the theoretical work, the plate image of the Vyšebrod Madonna is analysed in connection with its location in the Cistercian monastery in Vyšší Brod. With regard to the practical part, the issue of perception of works of art by people with visual impairment and their appropriate compensatory devices is mentioned, including haptic models primarily designed for the blind and partially sighted. The aim of the practical work is to transfer the plate painting depicting the Vyšebrod Madonna into relief to meet the requirements of the compensatory aid.

Název: Analýza komunikačního mixu SAZKA ARENY a jeho vlivu na zákazníky Name: Analysis of SAZKA ARENA Communication Mix and Its Intluence on Customers Cíle práce: Rozbor komunikačního mixu SAZKA ARENY, poznání činností s tím souvisejících a zhodnocení a stanovení návrhů, které by mohly přinést vyšší efektivitu komunikačního mixu. Metoda: V této práci byla nejdříve použita metoda analýzy STEP k rozboru vlivu faktorů jednotlivých segmentů globálního prostředí na SAZKA ARENU a k pochopení dalších souvislostí rozebíraných v následné SWOT analýze a popisné analýze komunikačního mixu. Dotazník v závěru přináší údaje o reálném vnímání některých nástrojů komunikačního mixu, na základě kterých lze doplnit doporučení k popisné analýze. Výsledky: Přibližují problematiku jednotlivých používaných nástrojů komunikačního mixu SAZKA ARENY, hodnotí jejich působení na zákazníky či potencionální zákazníky a přináší doporučení na další možné kroky v jejich rozšíření a zefektivnění. Analysis of open format videocodecs

Hypothesis of this thesis states that even though open format codecs are available for free, they are equal alternative to the patented ones. This was verified by set of objective tests. Quality of videos was measured by PSNR and SSIM methods firstly on HD 8-bit sequences with various framerate encoded by Theora, VP8, VP9, H.264 and H.265. Afterwards were codecs tested on 4K 10-bit sequence encoded by coding standards H.264, H.265 and VP9 codec to see how they will perform in future usage in UHD content distribution. Last test shows computational demands and quality in fast encoding mode. Thesis also includes overview of each codec support by ICT devices, which is not as wide as H.264's but is raising.

Analysis of High Efficiency Video Coding

Standard MPEG-H part 2/H.265 alias High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC) is patterned on MPEG-4 part 10/H.264. Although it is A new standard developed to be more efficient, its implementation is sequential and therefore there are no guarantees that the output video file will achieve the quality it possibly can within this standard. To determine how this hypothesis is fulfilled, this thesis uses the methods PSNR and SSIM which compare input and output. Another consideration is computational complexity or, in other words, the power demand, which was tested by comparing the battery life of two cell phones. Test results confirmed higher compression effectivity and higher computational complexity of standard MPEG-H part 2/H.265 as well.

Quantitative estimation of releases of airborne dust from the mine Bílina (Stage 2)

The aim of this study was to calculate the relative deposition of dust in the mine Bílina during the year 2012. The relative deposition was expressed in percentage of a total mass of dust that was created as a result of mining activities . These calculations were made for two sizes of dust (PM10 , PM2.5) and for different types of resources excavators, loaders, etc.). The annual average of the relative deposition was obtained by statistical processing of the calculated deposition for various meteorological scenarios. The scenarios were determined using the local meteorological measurements.
