Role etických kodexů ve veřejné správě

The bachelor thesis analyses the importance and role of codes of ethics in the public administration system. For this purpose, some parts of the legislation deal-ing with the issue are analysed, as well as the selected codes of ethics are parsed and compared. The work also contains the facts and person opinions about the professional ethics that emerged from the conducted controlled interviews with the public administration employees. At the end of the thesis, the content of the code of ethics is suggested.
