The Bachelor thesis concerns of the motivation of employees and the amount of their remuneration in the Children´s Home in Přerov and Children´s home in Hranice na Moravě. The aim of this thesis is general improvement of selection and care workers based on the proposed recommendations. The theoretical part covers the area of human resources and their subsequent management, caring and optimization. The practical part involves the analysis of children´s homes, the results of the survey, evaluation meetings with the heads of these homes and proposal to improve the current situation.

This dissertation is aimed on the evaluation of financial situation of selected company followed by proposals to its improvement, by using single methods of financial analysis (particulary horizontal and vertical analysis, differential and ratio index analysis) and SWOT analysis. Theoretical part defines methods of financial analysis, which are applicated in the practical part, and on their bases are detected strong and weak parts of the company. According to results of accomplished analysis are proposed arrangements to financial improvement in the company.

This bachelor thesis is focused on evaluation of financial situation of company Liponova, a.s. and proposals for its improvement in the period of 2014 to 2018. The evaluation of company is based on the methods of financial analysis, which are describe in detail in the theoretical part. In the practical part of the thesis are theoretical knowledge applied to specific company and financial analysis is realize. The conclusion of bachelor thesis is devoted to the proposed measures, which are determined on the results obtained.

The present bachelor thesis is focused on the financial situation of Solitea Czech Republic, a.s. The results of the evaluation of the company's situation were achieved by applying the methods of financial analysis and the data needed for the individual methods were obtained from the financial statements from the period 2013-2017. The work contains three main parts. The first part contains the theoretical starting points, which are subsequently applied in the second, practical part. Based on the results obtained from the analysis, the third part of the thesis proposes solutions for improving the current situation.

Another part of the thesis deals with the analysis of the current state of the selected company. The final chapter will propose measures to improve the financial situation of the company.

Bachelor thesis is focused on interface of company DOLP, s.r.o. Intern analysis is based on utilization of strategical tools and financial analysis which are outgoing from resources provided by the company (intern materials, financial statements). This thesis is divided into three parts. First part is focused on theoretical basis, of the chosen analytical tools, in the second part is made an analysis of the chosen company and in the last part are mentioned improvements fand suggestions for better running of the bussines based on the conducted analysis.
