The thesis aims to enhance the performance of NH Glass Company, Ltd., through an innovative incentive program. The above company has been in the glass industry. The theoretical part is describing the nature and content of motivation and motivational theories. The practical part includes the evaluation of survey results on the basis of the suggested possible improvements to the current incentive system in a selected company. This proposal will help to improve and enhance employee performance.

The Evaluation of the Municipality Financing

The aim of my work is to deal with management of municipality, factually to deal with the management of town of Světlá nad Sázavou. The first part of my work includes the theoretical knowledge. The sekond part of my work deals with analysis of municipal incomes and expenditures of this particular town. It also includes the structure of incomes and expenditures in a given period. The current problem is specified in the last part of my work and there are also outlined some suggestions to improve the situation. The current problem in town of Světlá nad Sázavou is caused by bankruptcy of some glassworks, which produced high rate of unemployment office. In spite of the crisis some of them has already found a new job. Many people have decided to go into an early retirement. The conclusion of my work are some suggestions to improve the current situation.

The Master´s thesis deals with specifics of personal leadership or management in companies with advanced technologies, called high-tech. Using questionnaire investigation in addition to structured interview is analyzed situation in personal area in the high-tech company . Theoretical part defines high-tech sector, describes activities and purpose of personal unit and modern conception of development of human resources. Below is entertained about influence of corporate culture on the strategy of human ressource development. Furthermore there are mentioned elements of leadership including theory of generation and diversity management. Practical part involves analytical and recommendation part, including variants
Improvement Suggestion of Motivation System in Selected Company

The aim of the thesis is the suggestion of appropriate amendments to the current motivation system in a gastronomic enterprise. These changes should lead closer to overall staff satisfaction, better quality of communication in interpersonal workplace relations, to increase work motivation and employee performance.
The Evaluation of the Performace of AGRALL Ltd.

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the performance of the company AGRALL Ltd., which sells agricultural equipment. This thesis is split into two parts. The first part describes the theoretical assumptions and used methods. The second part applies theoretical knowledge to the data of the selected company. At first, the performance is evaluated by traditional indicators of profitability and then by using the economic value added which is calculated according to the methodology of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Czech Republic. The company data are compared with values of indicators for the sector and with the data of the selected competition to ensure better explanatory capability. At the end of thesis the findings are evaluated and improvements are recommended.
