I chose specialized solution from Microsoft Enterprise Project Management(EPM) and ERP system MS Dynamics AX 2009. I defined the strengths and weaknesses of these solutions and described possibilities of integration. In conclusion of my work I wrote my recomendation according to my analysis.
Software Requirements in the Life Cycle of Development Process
Bystřická, Radka ; Buchalcevová, Alena (advisor) ; Stanovská, Iva (referee)
Software requirements are an integral part of the processes of development and maintenance of information systems. Working with requirements is not an easy thing and their poor understanding and incorrect implementation may adversely affect the project. Dissatisfaction arises at the both sides of project because customers do not get what they have wanted and development team does worthless and unnecessary work from their point of view. Problems with requirements and with setting up the right processes to deal with them are the area of Requirements Management. Over the years there was defined a few best practices within this scope. This thesis describes some basic techniques, methods and rules. There is also a requirements splitting into five types. For each type of requirements there are described their specifics, including the typical problems that arise in their context. There are several methodologies of development and maintenance of information systems. Each of them adapts the requirements and processes of their elaboration a little bit differently. This depends on the basis of the methodologies. There are free methodologies described in this thesis. The Rational Unified Process is chosen as delegate of classic ones. Scrum and Feature Driven Development stands for agile methodologies. For each methodology there are first briefly outlined its basics and then described the roles, artifacts and processes in the context of the requirements.

Software requirements engineering and implementation of IS/ICT project requirements
Kinská, Marcela ; Stanovská, Iva (advisor) ; Selčan, Vladimír (referee)
This diploma thesis defines the issue of software requirements engineering and the implementation of software requirement into IS/ICT projects. One of the aims is to highlight the importance of systematic requirements management to successful IS/ICT projects. The theoretical part of thesis includes requirements definition, requirements typology and qualitative parameters of good requirement and actors, that are involved into the process of requirements management. The practical part of this thesis defines the process of requirements management general accepted methodologies of as it is specified in the internationally recognizable methodologies. Author's own contribution is the definition of a methodological process for managing requirements specifications, based on rigorous methodologies and extended to reflect author's practical experience. Methodological approach is tailored to the needs of smaller software companies and small to medium scale IS / ICT projects, and, if necessary, is further extendable. Another practical benefit of this thesis is the recommended methodology for change management requirements. Proposal process is based on the ITIL set of best practices; sub-threads are adapted to be able to meet the change management requirements and the broader business environment infrastructure. This methodology emphasizes an individual approach to the requirement. There is a recommendation of appropriate software tools for development and management requirements support divided into partial ITIL processes.
Usage of the UCP Method (Use Case Point Analysis) in Estimation of Effort in SW Development
Staněk, Miroslav ; Stanovská, Iva (advisor) ; Zelenka, Ivo (referee)
This bachelor project takes up the subject of summarizing selected methods of analyzing effort of software development. The aim of the project is to explain the calculation progress of some of the methods, while the UCP method and other methods based on the model are emphasized. The UCP method mentioned is used on a practical example and its realization facilitates the comprehension of the essence how single weights of the factors are adjusted and demonstrates the influence of every factor on the final estimate of effort of development. All of the information about the methods are based on previous thorough study of available literature and information sources. Gathered knowledge is used in the realization of the example as well.
Analysis of critical factors of information systems development and support of the factors in system development methodologies
Bufka, David ; Stanovská, Iva (advisor) ; Luhan, Jaromír (referee) ; Nováček, Jan (referee)
Práce si klade za cíl analyzovat příčiny selhání IS projektů a následně zmapovat podporu těchto faktorů ve čtyřech metodikách vývoje a řízení IS/ICT.
Application of ISO standards to software developement
Ullrich, Jan ; Buchalcevová, Alena (advisor) ; Stanovská, Iva (referee)
Thesis evaluates ISO standars used for software developement and their relationship to methodologies. It also describes processes according to international standard ISO/IEC 12207 and quality management systems according to ISO 9000. It evaluates also mothodlogy RUP and agile methodollogies. The goal of the thesis to tailor processes related to ISO 9001 to be compliant to the ISO/IEC 12207 in a small company.
Specifikace, správa a řízení požadavků v SW projektech
Objektová analýza a návrh webových aplikácií s využitím WebML a WebRatio
Výstupom práce bude krátky dokument obsahujúci návrh zavedenia metodiky spolu s odporúčaním nástroja, v ktorom by bolo možné podľa danej metodiky modelovať. V prvej časti práce popisujem metodiku WebML a jej jednotlivé modely.
