Criminal Warrant

This thesis with the title criminal order deals mainly with the analysis of the current legal regulation of criminal order, focusing mainly on its more contradictory parts. At the same time, proposals for changes to the individual points of contention, that the legislation could undergo in the future in order to clarify them, are presented. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, this thesis contains a total of five chapters, which are further divided into individual subchapters. Each chapters then deals with a comprehensive section of the legal regulation of criminal order. The first chapter is dedicated to the historical development of the criminal order on our territory, while its first subchapter is dedicated to the legislation from 1873 to 1993, when the criminal order was re-introduced in the Criminal Procedure Code, already significantly reminding its current form. The second subchapter captures the development of the criminal order from 1993 to the present. The second, and at the same time the most extensive, chapter of this thesis describes the current legislation, specifically in the first subchapter the conditions of issuing a criminal order and in the second subchapter the nature of the criminal order as a diversion and decision in criminal proceedings. Educational Approach in Children's home and Kindergarten

The bachelor thesis looks on to the attitudes of the teachers in a particular type of a nursery school - nursery school with some principles of Step by Step approach and of the nurses in a particular type of children's home - Dětské centrum. In the theoretic part it processes theoretic and technical pieces of knowledge about preschool child in the family, in the nursery school and in the educational institution outside of the family. In the practical part it finds out how the spontaneous and the controlled activities in both of the institutions take place, what is their daily proportion and who and how makes the plans of them. The thesis also looks into the teacher's and nurse's methods and approaches of their work, how the free play of the children take place, in which manner is it interfered (in the institutions) and what are the games and the toys available for the children.
Czechs and Slovaks to the Rothermer action in 1927. Contribution to the problem of Trianon treaty revision

Dne 21. června 1927 otiskl britský novinový magnát lord Rothermere ve svých "Daily Mail" článek, v němž požadoval revizi trianonského míru z roku 1920. Domáhal se provedení určitých hraničních korektur ve prospěch Maďarska. To byl počátek tiskové kampaně, která k sobě po několik měsíců poutala pozornost nejen evropských novinářů, ale také politiků. Největší ohlas vzbudila v zemích, jichž se bezprostředně týkala, t.j. v Maďarsku, jemuž měla dopomoci k územním ziskům, a ve státech Malé dohody, na jejichž úkor měla být provedena. Cílem práce je postihnout ohlas a reakce, které tato akce vyvolala mezi Čechy a Slováky. V této souvislosti si lze položit následující otázky: Do jaké míry zasáhla tisková kampaň britského lorda československou společnost a jak se s ní tuzemské prostředí vyrovnalo? Sjednotil ji útok zpochybňující stávající hranici ČSR, a nebo naopak vyvolal nějaké spory? Existovaly rozdíly v ohlasu mezi Čechy a Slováky a byly všechny složky obyvatel ve svých reakcích jednotné? Jak reagovala na Rothermerovu kampaň československá diplomacie a jaký význam jí přisuzovala? Lišil se její přístup k lordově akci od stanoviska širší veřejnosti? The Balance of Fluids as a Nursing Problem

Basic theoretical background: The thesis deals with fluids, micturition, factors affecting micturition, diuresis as medical term, changes in quality of miction, disorders of passing urine, observation of quality of urine, fluid balance not only as a term, but also options and principles of collecting urine and recording and evaluating of fluid balance. Incontinence, involuntary passing urine, belong to the best known disorders of urine excretion. This problem causes very unpleasant fefling, affecting mainly psyche very much. Incontinence is not an illness, but symptom, which may be caused by more reasons. Imporatnt part od monitoring of fluid balance is also evaluation of its qualities. Colour quantity, odour and other qualities may be meaningful. All the abnormal qualities must be reported to the doctor immediately. Monitoring of fluid balance is part of nursing care. Results of proper monitoring of fluid balance is valuable indicator for doctors as well as nurses. Very important is to take into account all the ways of intake and output of fluids. In cases, where monitoring of diuresis is not infallible, checking the clients weight periodically might be chosen instead. Evaluation of fluid balance is carried out in time defined by doctor. The thesis also deals with errors and mistakes in urine collection and nursing process of emptying of urine container. Main aim of the thesis: The primary aim of this thesis is to map, how nurses monitor fluid balance. There is one hypothesis established: Nurses wih academic education instruct clients about monitoring fluid balance more properly than nurses wih secondary school education. There are two research questions established. Do the nurses instruct clients about monitoring fluid balance? Do they monitor the fluid balance properly? How do they write down the results? What are the most common mistakes in this area? Methodology: There was used the method of hidden observation of the nurses and observation sheet There were also used anonymous questionnaires, so there was no preessure put no respondents. The questionnaire consisted of 17 questions including 3 multiple choice.
Family financial planning

The goal of this thesis is to describe a complex financial plan of a family using all available products on the Czech financial market. The thesis is especially aimed at sources of possible family budget reserves and alternatives of backing life insurances using offers of local insurance companies. First of all you can find simple definition of life time cycle. Based on this cycle I try to describe any differences in needs, which may help to fulfill wishes and priorities that may come up during different life periods. There is a detailed explanation of basics and characteristics of particular components of family financial plan in the following chapters. After these theoretical chapters you can find a comparison of financial products suitable for securing sufficient retirement savings. Following chapters include analysis of risk insurance products with comparison of real existing offers on the Czech insurance market (based on price and specifics of insurance contract conditions).
Analysis of finacial products for funding of houshold's financial needs

The structure of tjs bachelor work is divided in 3 separate parts. I am describing particular financial needs of a general household in the first chapter. The second chapter contains details of developing sufficient financial sources and reserves for retirement by way of financial products, which include supplementary insurance and pension funds. The last part describes means of protecting health hazard using various private insurance modifications.
