A Draft of a Corporate Financial Plan

This master’s thesis is focused on a draft of a corporate financial plan for a selected company. The first part deals with the theoretical basis of company's financial planning. In the next part, selected company is introduced and a strategic and financial analysis is carried out. In the last part of the master’s thesis, a draft of the corporate financial plan for the next four years is created in both pessimistic and optimistic variant. Finally, an evaluation of both variants of the financial plan is performed.

Assessing Economic Situation of a Company and Proposals for Its Improvement

The diploma thesis evalutes the economic situation of Česká zbrojovka a.s. in the years 2012 to 2020, based on the results of selected financial analysis indicators and statistical methods. The theoretical part desribes financial indicators, time series, regression and correlation analysis. The analytical part contains calculations of financial indicators, some of which are further selected for statistical analysis and on the basis of which the expected development of indicators for the next two years is determined, or the dependence between these selected indicators is revealed. The last part includes suggestions for improving the current economic situation of the company.

Valuation of Linea Nivnice, a.s.

The aim of this thesis is to estimate the investment value of Linea Nivnice, a.s. by the date 1st January 2016. This thesis serves as a source of information and may serve as a basis for decision making of company's owners and potential investors. After stating a brief information about company, a financial analysis for last 5 years before valuation date is created. After that follows a strategic analysis, which concludes into company's sales prognosis. After that comes analysis and prognosis of value drivers, which are used to create financial plan. The last chapter consists of valuation using two methods, which are DCF Entity and market comparison. Thefinal investment value is estimated according to the result of DCF Entity method.

Financial analysis of the company KRPA PAPER, a. s.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to analyze financial situation of the company KRPA PAPER, a. s. from the year 2008 to 2013 using tools of financial analysis and to give information about company's development in the year 2014. This bachelor's thesis consists of four sections. Reasons for creating this bachelor's thesis and its aims are stated in the introduction. Teoretical section describes individual tools and methods of financial analysis used in this thesis. Practical section applies these tools and methods to the inspected company using publicly available information. Conclusion summarizes outcomes of performed financial analysis, evaluates overall situation of inspected company and states suggestions to improve company's situation.
