Piano Works of Klement Slavický

The dissertation Piano works of Klement Slavický introduces a topic which has not been elaborated until now. Klement Slavický (1910 - 1999) was one the most significant Czech composers of the 20th century and his piano works substantially enriched the literature of the instrument. His piano works can be divided into two categories: the first consists of concert pieces, and the second of instructive pieces. The theme of the composer's piano works is introduced in the biography, where the author deals with life and work of Klement Slavický with special emphasis on his piano opuses. The chapter is loaded with historical data and information. The topic of the dissertation is thus set within a wider context essential for deeper insight into the research topic. The part devoted to concert works of Klement Slavický deals with the circumstances and the processes whence his works originate and, subsequently, with their paths to interpreters and listeners. It brings a detailed compositional and interpretational analyses enriched by the author's own experience on concert stages and in recording studios. Čínský realitní trh - současný stav, trendy a vyhlídky

The aim of this work is to describe the phenomena of bubble in the financial, but especially in the real estate market; based on gained information, the current situation of Chinese real estate market is described. This work is divided into theoretical and more practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to the definition of bubble, bubbles in asset market, real estate market bubbles specifics and its causes analysis, identification and implications for the economy. Also, the Japanese real estate bubble is described. The second part describes the evolution of Chinese real estate market and provides overview of the milestones in its evolution. Moreover, it deals with specifics of the Chinese real estate market and explains the factors behind the rise in prices. Further in second part, situation on Chinese housing market is compared with the one in Japan during real estate bubble. Furthermore, this thesis explains how state government can coordinate, regulate and intervene on the market and comes up with short-term outlook.

Methods of horses laminitis theraphy

This Bachelor labour concerned by treatment of laminis hoofs. The introduction address in particular to history of the disease. Literature review is divided into several chapters. The first is the anatomy of the hoof, which is important for understanding the biological processes that occur during laminitis. The second chapter is focused on this disease and provides explanation and characteristic of laminitis. Listed below are the causes, pathogenesis, action in the hoof, clinical symptoms, more extensive diagnosis and extensive consequences of the disease. The main part of bachelor thesis deals with the treatment and is divided into several sections. Each of them describes the various methods of therapy, the advantages and disadvantages, and at what stage the disease is to be used. It is the elimination of the causes, cryotherapy, rest, analgesics, frog, heels and sole support, foot casts, trimming of hoof, therapeutic shoeing, hirudotherapy and deep flexor tenotomy. The last chapter before the conclusion of a brief comparison of these metods. The conclusion emphasizes some important information for successful therapy.

Lab of public key infrastructure

The aim of this thesis is to study and describe the theme of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). Within the scope of minute PKI characterization there is a gradual depiction of particular structural elements, which are above all represented by cryptographic operations (asymetric and symetric cryptography, hash function and digital signature); then, there are also individual PKI subjects that are dealt with, like eg. certification authority, certificates, security protocols, secure heap etc. Last but not least there are a few complete Public Key Infrastructure implementation solutions described (OpenSSL, Microsft CA). The practical part of the thesis, a lab exercise, gives potential students the knowledge of installing OpenSSL system based certification authority. The next task educate students how to secure web server with certificate signed with own CA and also how to secure web server users‘ access control through certificates signed by the previously installed CA.

This bachelor's thesis "Motivation of employees in the legal sector in the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom" is focused on describing how satisfaction of working conditions and job itslef influences the motivation and performance of individual workers, as well as describing the difference of motivation between two branch offices of choosen multinational legal corporation. The theoretical part deals with the theoretical basis of motivation and describes its most signifiant theories. The theoretical part is followed by a practical part, where theorethical knowledge applied in practice can be found. The impact of different factors on satisfaction and motivation of workers is examined by empirical research. The results are processed into conclusion and followed by recommendations.

Metodický postup získání‚ zpracování a jednotného udržování dat různých stupňů územní ekologické stability a návrh vytvoření informačního systému Správy datového centra ÚSES ČR

Cílem projektu je podrobná analýza stávajícího rozmístění a uchovávání dat ÚSES ČR všech úrovní, vypracování metodického postupu sběru dat pro následnou správu vytvořené databáze, vytvoření a ověření funkčnosti informačního systému Správy datového centra ÚSES ČR, který bude provázán s Informačním systémem ochrany přírody AOPK ČR (ISOP). Zpráva obsahuje výsledky řešení za rok 2002, kdy byla práce zaměřena na analýzy současného stavu vlastních dokumentací ÚSES, jejich využívání a prostorové rozmístění v ČR. Byly specifikovány a definovány základní požadavky na informační systém, jeho strukturu a zásady fungování. současně je navrženo základní terminologické členění nezbytné pro popis vlastního informačního systému. Součástí zprávy je i metodický návod pro shromažďování vybraných údajů dokumentací ÚSES, podle kterého v průběhu roku provedli sběr dat pracovníci AOPK ČR.

Byl vytvořen metadatový informační systém, který obsahuje základní údaje o všech shromážděných dokumentacích ÚSES. Byly specifikovány základní principy návrhu informačního systému ÚSES a jeho struktura. Fungování IS o ÚSES bude ověřováno na modelovém území, které bylo vybráno a pro které se shromažďují všechny dostupné dokumentace ÚSES.

Analysis of linkbuilding techniques in terms of their efficiency

The purpose of this thesis is to explain linkbuilding techniques and their efficiency. In the first part of the thesis, important terminology about SEO, search engines and backlinks is introduced to the reader. After that, various linkbuilding techniques are described and divided into two categories -- the techniques using social services as a tool for creating and sharing backlinks and the other, traditional ones. The efficiency of these techniques in the terms of their ability to attract new visitors and affect search engine result page position is verified in the next coming practical part. In the final part of the thesis the advantages and disadvantages of individual techniques are presented to the reader. The added value of this thesis is in providing verified information about efficiency of individual linkbuilding techniques. It will help SEO specialists and webmasters to perform their tasks with higher precision and lower costs.
