The goal of this bachelor study is consideration about moving the prodution of particular firm Forceout s.r.o. to India. This decision is connected with constructing new assembly hall and buying saw machines. The evaluation of this project is measured by several methods and finally comparation with persistence status.

The aim of my work was financial analysis the company Domita a.s. in the period between 2004-2007. The work is divided into two parts theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains methods and techniques of financial analysis. The second part is introducing the aplication of the theoretical background on a particular example of a company Domita, which is the maker of baking product in South Bohemia.

Financial analysis AERO VODOCHODY a.s.

This bachelor thesis is focused on financial analysis of AERO VODOCHODY a.s. The main goal is to assess the financial stability. Analysis was made over the years 2002 - 2007. In the first part the thesis describes the principle of financial analysis. Theoretical part describes instruments and methods of calculation which was used in this thesis. Practical part describes brief description of the company and calculations of particular instruments. Vertical and horizontal analyses, ratio indicators, concretely indicators of profitability, activity, liquidity and indebtedness, balance rulers, net worth capital, Altman index, Index IN05, indicator EVA and comparison intercompany was used in this thesis. All recognized values always have verbal commentary. All results and situation of the company are summarized in the end of this thesis.

Foundation financial project

The aim of the thesis is to prepare a financial project for newly founded small bakery. The thesis will contain forms of founding the company and expected development of company's behaviour for first five years of its existence on the market. Finally I will make evaluation of my investment into this bakery.

The goal of this bachelor thesis was an analysis of fundamental financial indicators of TON a. s. for the years 2004 - 2008, an assessment of their development and a comparison within the business branch. To obtain the required values were used: horizontal and vertical analysis, ratio indicators, models of creditworthiness and indicator EVA.
