The bachelor work is focused on the topic of Vietnam children at the Czech education system. The first part of this work tries to mention cultural-historical background of the Vietnamese coming to the Czech Republic. It is concerning on the differences of the interethnical communication too. Second part of the work deals with the most important problems associated with the education of the Vietnam pupils and students and possibilities of their solution. This part also shows positives of the school as a factor of integration.

Methods of Implementation of the Global Development Education at Czech Primary and Grammar Schools

The master thesis deals with the issue of the Global Development Education. It is focused closer on the description of the implementation methods of this topic into the Czech education system. Global Development Education is not mentioned directly in the Framework Education Programmes of the Czech Republic. Nevertheless the Framework Education Programmes contain it. Global Development Education goes across the Cross-curricular Topics. However that could be the reason why the schools don't pay to it as much attention as it deserves. This thesis describes the ways of implementation of the Global Development Education into the Czech education system and into the teaching in the Czech schools. This work is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and it tries to briefly outline the theoretical background, beginnings of the Global Development Education in the Czech surroundings, curriculum and strategic documents that deals with the issue of the Global Development Education. In the first part there are also mentioned the possibilities how to integrate this topic into the school education programs and into the teaching as well. Vietnamese immigrants at Czech Republic - 2nd generation

Second and one-and-half generation of the Vietnamese migrants is a very specific part of the Vietnamese in the Czech Republic. There are several differences between the second and the first generation, i.e. between young Vietnamese and their parents. However, they are similar in many ways. The aim of this master thesis is to discuss the situation of the second and the one-and-half generation of the Vietnamese migrants in the Czech Republic and to show some of the differences between the young generation and the generation of their parents. This work also tries to check some of the well-known claims about the young Vietnamese in the Czech Republic. The work consists of two main parts. The first part is theoretical and it is based on the literature and other scientific resources. It deals with the history of Vietnamese coming to the Czech Republic. It explains how the second generation finds itself in the Czech Republic. There were several waves of the migration and each of them is different in many ways. The work also includes the chapter about the influence on the Confucianism on the Vietnamese education. The influence of the Confucianism on the Vietnamese society can be seen until these days. Consumer deception focused on advertising in the Czech Republic and abroad

The main aim of my thesis is to identify various forms of consumer deception. These include misleading and aggressive practices that consumers encounter in everyday life and which often exceed limits of acceptability regulated by legislation. The thesis emphasises primarily advertising which strongly affects consumer decision-making for buying. Legal means of protection against deception are included in the thesis as well. The deception of consumers in German, Austrian and Spanish legislation is the topic of the final chapter. The thesis is supplemented with practical examples and judicial practice.

Individual ways of dealing with bankruptcy in Insolvency proceeding

The thesis describes a contemporary insolvency proceeding in the Czech Republic that complies with the Insolvency Act. It deals concretely with a situation when it was already decided by a court about an existence of a debtor's bankruptcy. It describes individual ways of dealing with bankruptcy. It concentrates on a process of insolvency proceeding in Austria and Germany and briefly also on an European insolvency law.
