Family house

In the submitted project documentation is elaborated a design of a family house with an office. The new family house is situated in the village Martinice. The built-up area of the family house is 200,4 square meters. The new house is designed for a family of four. The project documentation also includes the lay-out of the office that will be used by the investor. The family house has two floors and the cellarage under part of the building. The building is based on plain concrete strips. The whole building structure is designed from the Porotherm system, except for the perimeter masonry of the basement. The roof above the first floor is flat and is designed as a vegetative roof with a classic arrangement of layers for vegetative roofs. The roof above the second floor is designed as an impassable flat roof with a conventional single-layer arrangement. This bachelor thesis includes a study of the family house, layout drawings, building documentation, fire safety scheme, building physics and seminar work.
Apartment building Valašské Meziříčí

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the design of block of flets building in the town of Valašské Meziříčí located in street Na Křižanově pile. The town is located in the Zlín Region, Vsetín District. The building is a three-floors with basement equipped with a transverse load-bearing system. The building is situated on a flat area. The basment including garages. The load-bearing masonry will be made of brick masonry elements on which the panel ceiling will be placed. On the south side of the building will be loggias. The building will be insulated ETICS with contact insulation system. Facade colors will be yellow and brown. The building has reinforced concrete staircase.
Hotel Corleone

In this proposed technical documentation for a detached mountain hotel Corleone. This hotel includes wellness, restaurant and 2 breefing rooms. The hotel is designed for a 24 guests. The proposed new building is located in the village Velke Karlovice, near Vsetin. The bulit up area is 496,70 m. The hotel Corleone has three above – grand floors and one underground floor. The object based on basic pass from plain concrete. The perimeter masonry (brickwork) in the first S is made from lost formwork and reinforced concrete. Otherwise the entire hotel is worn from building system called Porotherm. The roof is solved as a sloping hipped with inhabited attic. The diploma thesis includes study and preparatory work, situational drawings, architectural-building solutions, fire safety solutions and building physics. Part of the study and preparatory work is also a visualization of the hotel, which is called Corleone.
Jihlava climbing hall

The subject of this thesis is the development of project documentation for the construction of the Jihlava climbing hall. The new building is located in Jihlava, cadastral territory of Bedřichov u Jihlavy. It is a free-standing object with one underground and two above-ground floors, located on a slightly sloping plot towards the river Jihlava. The building is structurally divided into two parts, namely a part of the climbing hall with one floor above ground and a part with a shop and a cafe with refreshments. The building with a shop and cafe also serves the needs of the building and athletes. It is designed as a basement with three floors. In the underground floor there are technical rooms and changing rooms for athletes. The main entrance with a shop, reception and rooms for employees is located on the first floor. On the second above-ground floor there is a cafe with refreshments, a bar counter, a room for food preparation and hygiene rooms for visitors. The load-bearing structural system is divided into steel frames placed on reinforced concrete pillars with cladding made of sandwich panels mounted on a grid of thin-walled steel profiles. Aluminum facade plates with variable thickness are attached to the sandwich panels. The part where is a shop with a cafe and athletes' locker rooms is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete combined skeleton with a cross-reinforced ceiling plate. Between the buildings and on part of the facade, there is infill masonry made of ceramic blocks between the columns, in the part adjacent to the climbing hall, blocks with better acoustic properties are designed. The facade is solved using a contact insulation system made of basalt wool insulation boards. In the room of the cafe and shop, a light outer shell is designed to form the glass corner facade of the building, to improve the climate in these rooms, the glass facade is shielded by the overhang of the roof. The entire building is embedded below the level of the surrounding terrain and is made of waterproof concrete. Single-skin roofs with a classic order of layers with insulation made of softened PVC are designed over the entire building.
Hotel Šafrán

In the submitted project documentation is elaborated a design of a wellness hotel with a restaurant. The wellness hotel is situated in Rusava in the Zlin region. The built-up area of the hotel is 704.85 square meters. The new hotel is designed for short-term stays. There is a wellness (spa) area, restaurant, conference hall and a playroom in the hotel. There are three floors and the cellarage under the whole hotel. The building is located on a sloping land. The building is based on plain concrete strips. Vertical above-ground constructions are designed from the Porotherm system. The basement masonry is made of permanent shuttering kits/systems. Hotel’s ceilings are made of prefabricated Spiroll panels. The roof above the first floor is a single-layer paved flat roof. The roof above the third floor is designed as an impassable single-layer flat roof. This diploma thesis includes a study of the wellness hotel, layout drawings, architectural building scheme, fire safety scheme and building physics. Building visualizations are also part of this diploma thesis.
Multifunctional house U zvlněné krajiny

The aim of the diploma thesis is the processing of project documentation for the construction of a multifunctional building. The building is situated on the outskirts of the village Brod nad Dyjí, on buildings plots 4002/4, 4138/1. The multifunctional building is divided into two parts, where the main part is four-storey, partly with a basement and the other part i sone-storey. In the basement are situated cellars, bicycle room, pram room, warehouses and technical room. In the ground floor is situated rentable retail space. In the second floor is situated six rentable office spaces of various sizes. There are housing units on the third and fourth floors. On each floor there are 8 residential units od size 1+kk, 2+kk, 3+kk and 4+kk. Both floors are identical in division. Each aparment and office space has at least one loggia. Theo ne-storey part of the building is a cafe in which there is an atrium. The perimeter walls of the basement are made of reinforced concrete, the other perimeter walls are made of ground brick blocks. The building is insulated with ETICS contact thermal insulation system. The ceiling structures are cross-reinforced monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. There is an elevatorin the multifinctional house. The roof of the four-storey part is a double-skin flat roof with sheet metal roofing. The roof on the single-storey part is a flat green roof with a waterproofing layer of asphalt strips. The staircase is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. There is wall structural system.

This bachelor‘s thesis deals with design and the elaboration of design documentation for construction of a detached house in the municipality of Kostelec in Zlín region. The house is to be situated on plot number 315/139, cadaster unit Kostelec u Zlína. The house is divided into living part for a four-member family and an establishment – store a pool technology and solution private pools. The house is a two-floored, partial basement detached house for a four-member family. House includes a garage for one car. Plan of the house is L-shaped with flat roof. Structural system of the house is designed as wall-and-masonry structural systém from ceramic brick blocks. The bachelor’s thesis has the form of design documentation which is in accordance with the current wording of the applicable laws, regulations and standards.

The aim of the bachelor’s work is composition of project documentation for the constrution building of apartment building. Object is situated on the cadastral area of obec Valeč, number of builing plot is 487/2, 487/3. Building plot is located in the new built-up area. Terain is sloping. In the apartment building there are 4 above-ground floor and 1 belowground floor. In the below-groun floor there are situated garrage standing, storage spaces and technical spaces. In the above-ground floor there are situated flats. Structural system of this builing is wall system. External wall be composed of vertically performe block Vapis. Object have a external contact thermal insulation Etics, fasade is made of mineral fiber – insulated of stone. Floor structure is designed as a cast-in-place two way reinforced slab and one way reinforced slab. Staircase are designet as cast-in-place reinforced contstruction too. Roofing of objekt is composed of double skinned roof. Floor construction are designed as floating floor.
Apartment house Novosedly

The proposed building is thus a apartment building with garages, which will be located in the village of Novosedly, in South Moravia, on two plots no. 5420/83 and 5420/84. The terrain on which the object is in a slight slope. The building of the block of flats is made of brick blocks, for the above-ground part and in the underground part it is lined with lost formwork. The roof structure of the building is arched from wooden beams.
Effect of the changes of fire technical characteristics on the fire safety solution of gymnazium

This thesis examines how the changes of fire technical characteristics could affect the fire safety solution of gymnasium. The fire safety solution was developed for this object. The idea is to prove, that this object, which was designed in 1995, meets current requirements for fire safety of buildings. The method and principles of this solution are described in the introductory part of this thesis. For unsuitable solution was designed modification of this solution, which meets the requirements of fire safety solution of gymnasium. This modification is focused on designing new escape routes. In the next part of thesis is designed object with different operational use - hotel. Subsequently are shown differences in assessment of fire safety solution of building gymnasium and hotel. In the end of this thesis is explained why the fire solution of gymnasium was unsatisfactory, and what are the main differences in assessment of objects with different operational use.
