The bachelor thesis explores the regional brand "ŠUMAVA - original product" associated in the Association of Regional Brands (ARZ).The brand guarantees the quality, uniqueness of the region, the origin of the region and environmental friendliness. The brand certifies products, services and experiences. The aim of the thesis is to find out consumer awareness of the brand. Another aim of the thesis is to find out the opinion on the brand from the brand holders. The questionnaire survey is used by the method of Quantitative research. The practical part characterizes the Šumava region and the brand, then there are described the results resulting from quantitative research. The conclusion of the thesis shows propasals that serve to possibly improve brand awareness.
Workshop reading in kindergarten to support the development of pre-literacy

The thesis Reading Workshop in Kindergarten as a support for the development of reading literacy deals in the theoretical part with the characteristics of pre-school children and their capabilities. It further investigates the methods that could be used for and are essential for the development of reading literacy in the pre-school age and the role of the family in this respect. The theoretical part is concluded with the introduction of the scheme Reading and Writing for Critical Thinking mentioning its basic resources. It shows that the reading workshop methods are very efficient for the active learning of children. The practical part describes 7 reading workshops that have been implemented in a typical kindergarten and this is supplemented with detailed comments. The empirical part investigates the family environment of children and, as based on parents' observations, it evaluates the contribution of reading workshops to the development of reading literacy of pre- school children. Reading workshops proved to be beneficial especially in terms of the growing interest of children in reading and also in terms of children's creativity development. Psychological well-being of children placed in an institute for preventive and educational care

This diploma thesis deals with psychological well-being of children placed in specific educational care centre with boarding service. The theoretical part aims to summarize comprehensive review of problems of children placed in this type of facility. It describes reasons for children being placed into educational care center. It charakterizes children and youth in difficult situations, it focuses on the specifics of the crisis of children and adolescents and describes atmosphere of educational institutions. It also deals with psychological well- being phenomena and its research. Empirical part aims to explore the area of psychological well-being of children placed in the educational care center with boarding service. In order to gain the necessary data were organized interviews with children in this particular facility. As a complementary research method was used content analysis of documentation of clients of educational care center. Based on the interviews it was found that children in educational care center relate their subjective feeling of well-being generally with usual factors but they also show evidence of other factors specific for this group. Discharge from debts focusing on discharge from debts for spouses

The purpose of my thesis is to analyze the institute discharge of the debt as the way of solution of bankruptcy according to Act No. 182/2006 Coll., on Bankruptcy and its solution (Insolvency Act). The thesis concerns all the phases of the process of discharge of the debt, from the proposal of permission of the discharge of the debt until its accomplishment. The thesis focuses on relevant legal regulation and case law. I also present the institute of discharge of debt of husband and wife which is quite often used without any legal support. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The Chapter One deals with the proposal of permission of the discharge of the debt. It examines particularly the subjects who are authorized to submit it and possible decisions of the court including the reasons for its dismissal. In the next Chapter I investigate two possible ways of discharge of the debt, the liquidation of the debtor's assets and monthly payment of a specific amount. For each type the affected assets and advantages and drawbacks for the debtor are described. The possibility for creditors to vote about type of discharge of the debt is also discussed. Multicultural aspects at teachers work

and key words Annotation in Czech This thesis deals with multicultural aspects in teachers' work. In addition, the survey provides a certain historical context related to the education of minorities in the Czech Republic before 1989, and describes the current situation in the area of multicultural education in our country. It examines how teachers should be equipped to deal with situations linked to multicultural education and what teaching methods teachers use to motivate pupils. In the practical part, it shows examples of several lessons in which teachers work with broad topics of multicultural education. It also contains an overview of several case studies based on experience. The work should contribute to a greater discussion of the subject.
