The aim of this Master thesis is to determinate the value of the company VISCUMA PLASTIC, a.s. by using yield valuation methods as of 31. 12. 2019. The theoretical part of thesis is focused on getting acquainted with the concepts, procedures and methods used in the valuation of the company. Practical part begins with the introduction of the company. Further processed strategic and financial analysis and created financial plan. Finally, the valuation itself is performed using the yield valuation methods.

The Call of the Wild

Recreation is undergoing great changes nowadays, people are again longing for nature, which gives them peace and rest from everyday worries. However, recreational areas in the Czech Republic often do not meet the requirements of today. One such requirement is that the area should be barrier-free and provide facilities for cyclists. The work focuses on the Elbe Trail, which is popular not only in the Czech Republic but also attracts a large number of foreign cyclists. However, there is not a sufficient network of campsites to provide sufficient facilities for them. The design of the new site in Bílá Třemešná corresponds to all these aspects and with its modern nature-inspired appearance provides attractive facilities not only for cyclists, but also for visitors to the Královédvorská Zoo and all those looking for a quiet place for a break from today‘s hectic times.

CHARLES UNIVERSITY IN PRAGUE FACULTY OF PHARMACY IN HRADEC KRÁLOVÉ DEPARTMENT OF PHARMACEUTICAL CHEMISTRY AND DRUG CONTROL Title: Synthesis of the 3rd generation of photosensitizers based on phthalocyanine core Name and surname: Kateřina Sedláčková Year: 2009 Abstract: In my thesis, I deal with synthesis of the photosensitizers based on phtalocyanine core. These PS have advantageous photophysical properties and they have promising properties for future for preparation of PS with targeted distribution after connection to the appropriate carrier. My work was to investigate the most suitable procedures for the synthesis of target compounds. I prepared 4,5-bis(tert-butylsulfanyl)phthalonitrile from 2-methylpropane-2-thiol and 4,5-dichlorophthalonitril by nucleophilic substitution. I use this phthalonitril together with 2,3-dicyanoquinoxaline-6-carboxylic acid for synthesis of symmetrical and asymmetrical phthalocyanines. I prepared unsymmetrical zinc phthalocyanine containing one carboxy group. I tried the method of cyclization with zinc acetate in quinoline, but the reaction proved to be ineffective. Therefore, I have gone into the synthesis of phthalocyanine over its magnesium analogue. The crime of theft according to section 205 of Czech Criminal Code Abstract This diploma thesis deals with the crime of theft according to section 205 of Czech Criminal Code. The aim of this report is to analyse the crime of theft and to describe its features, in order to provide its comprehensive knowledge. The work is divided into six chapters, which are then divided into individual subchapters. The first chapter deals with property criminality, whose phenomenon is theft. It is pointed out to the high frequency of theft in property criminality and also for some types of theft to the relatively low level of clarity. The second chapters deal with historical view the historical view of theft in Czech lands. The description begins in the oldest period and ends in year 1989. More space is devoted to the period after year 1945, where it is pointed out to the existence of two types of thefts, which were introduced after year 1945. The third chapter provides a view on the institution of property, which is closely related to theft. The space is mainly dedicated to the protection of property, which takes place on several levels. It also proposes theoretical changes near the river that would improve its use and integration.

Vliv výlisků ostropestřece mariánského v krmné směsi brojlerových kuřat na sensorickou jakost masa

The aim of this diploma was evaluate the effect of feeding milk thistle (Silybum marianum L.) seed cakes on sensoric quality of broiler chickens meat. The experimental groups of broiler ROSS 308 received feed mixtures containing 0 % (C - control), 5 % (MT5) and 15 % (MT15) of milk thistle seed cakes. The chickens were fattened on conventional deep litter system. The trial lasted 37 days. Sensory analysis of breast and thigh muscle samples was evaluated in special sensory laboratory (Department of Food Technology, Mendel university in Brno) according ISO 8589. Breast meat was significantly (P < 0,05) rated as the best in parameter flavour in C (control) and MT15 group. The thigh meat was evaluated significantly (P < 0,05) best for colour and fibreness parameters in MT15 group. The addition of milk thistle seed cakes do not worsened sensory characteristic of breast or thigh meat of broilers and reflects standard sensory quality traits.

This thesis describes general formation of the river terrace system, river terrace system of the Brno region and it's comparing the various systems that have been created. Also describes development of the river network in Brno agglomeration and its influence on the urban development and the urban development in selected river terraces and their current use. It also mentions the importance of integrating the river flows into the urban landscape.

The bachelor thesis deals with the role of individuals in foreign policy, factors, which influence politician's decision-making and with the personality of Ariel Sharon and his lifelong influence on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The thesis is devoted to Sharon's career in Israeli army and politics and to his life's attitude to the conflict. Special part of the thesis deals with his disengagement plan and with the reasons of this decision. There are also introduced the consequences of the disengagement for Sharon, Israeli and the Gaza strip.

Labour - law aspects of "Švarc system" focussed on the Concept Dependent Work

The term 'Švarc system' began to appear in The Czech Republic in the late 80s and early 90s of the 20th century with the gradual thawing of the restrictions which were put on private enterprise. Owing to this development, businessmen started widely entering into contracts with the persons, with whom a labour-law employment contract according to valid standards of labour code would have been signed and these people would have become their employees. The aim for such businessmen's behaviour was the effort to save money on the payment to the national social and health insurance systems, to avoid, or better to say, to get round the rigid norm regulation of the labour code as well as to avoid tax charge, especially in the field of natural person income tax from dependent activity. The creator of 'Švarc system' is Mr. Miroslav Švarc, a businessman from Benešov. If we want to identify precisely the term 'Švarc system' and identify its primary features, then it is necessary to find out, whether the aspect of the carry out work shows the features soft subordinate work or not.
