Cooperation skils of pre-school children

This master thesis deals with the issue of cooperative skills of preschool children. Its aim is to find out what are the basic problems of children cooperation and how to teach them cooperative skills. The thesis is divided into the theoretical part, analysis (pre-research) and the practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the characteristics of preschool children and it focuses primarily on psychological and social development. The main chapters are focused on the description of the task situation and the children cooperation. The description is based on an analysis of scientific literature and the results of previous research. Another part of this master thesis is the analysis, which is represented by pre-research. In this part, the work deals with the analysis of the seminar papers written in 2015 by students of postgraduate studies in the field of Preschool Pedagogy. The conclusions of the analysis show the issues of cooperation that will need to be focused on the following research. The practical part is based on the results of the observations and the short structured interview. The subjects of the research are 5 to 6 years old children who attend kindergarten. Professional development of early childhood teacher

The thesis deals with professional development of teachers in kindergartens. The theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of the system of further education of teachers in kindergartens and its sending to the context of lifelong learning. It further specifies the parameters of professional development of a teacher in kindergarten. Czech education is compared with the countries that surround our republic. The last chapter in theoretic part is analyze educational offer for teachers in kindergartens teaching and to identify key/critical topics. Another goal is to what teachers are aware of about the offer of in-service teacher training and how they understand further aducation for their practise. The research is realized by the form of semi-structured interviews with seven kindergarten teachers. With the two leading teachers and five classical teachers. It was also realized an analysis of the educational programs they provide at the national level. An analysis of educational offers and interviews with teachers showed that the offer of educational programs partly supports the needs of individual teachers. At the same time was found out deficiencies in the field of burnout. Interviews with teachers have shown that they expect professional development to be important, but they attend less courses...
