Bachelor thesis is focused on assessment of actual marketing condition in ACO Industries k. s. and it contains the proposal for its improvement. The theoretical part, first, defines marketing from the most general point of view and then it passes into the definition of marketing mix and other marketing tools. Practical part contains the description of ACO Industries k. s. and its assessment using the marketing mix. It continues with the proposal of the draft measures leading to improvement of actual marketing condition.

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on research of customer satisfaction with the company Bruker s.r.o. The theoretical part deals with explanations of basic concepts, techniques and process of marketing research. In the practical part there is conducted research of customer satisfaction by the use of questionnaire survey. The acquired results are analyzed and formulated to a set of suggestions and recommendations for increase of current level of customer satisfaction.

The main objective of this master thesis is to design an appropriate marketing strategy of designing activity of MBQ-Mikulov Plc. based on results of marketing environment analyzes and my own marketing research. The thesis consists of three main parts. The first part of the thesis is devoted to theoretical findings. Basic terms from marketing field are defined here. Concretely it is marketing, marketing strategy, marketing mix, communication mix, situation analysis and marketing research. In the following practical part MBQ-Mikulov Company is introduced and then marketing environment analyzes are conducted. The thesis is finished with a proposal part. In the proposal part the appropriate marketing strategy of design activity is designed here based on results of analyzes and the marketing research.
