Proposal for a Change in the Employee Evaluation and Remuneration System in a Selected Company

The system of evaluating and rewarding employees is a part of human resources management in developing companies. To analyze the current system of evaluating and rewarding the employees of the company KELLER, is the aim of this thesis - special creation of Ltd and creation of better motivation plan to increase their working efficiency. In the theoretical part of the thesis there are processed literary sources and information on the topic of evaluating and rewarding employees. The practical part concurs theoretical knowledge of employees evaluation and reward and makes suggestions and recommendations to create a new system according to company needs with an effort to improve the way of employees evaluation and reward.
Communication in a Selected Organization

Communication is an essential part of our everyday lives. Hardly anything could work without communication. Thus, even in an organization communication plays a significant role. It is necessary for all employees and their work. Also the ongoing operation of the organization depends on the quality of communication. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the communication in a selected organization and propose changes to improve the current situation. In the theoretical part of my bachelor thesis, using literary sources, I have explained the basic terms related to communication. I have described i.a. the process of communication, types and forms of communication, communication channels and the external communication of an organization. For the practical part of my bachelor thesis I have chosen the manufacturing plant RM GASTRO s.r.o. in Veselí nad Lužnicí. Most of the information regarding communication has been obtained from semi structured interviews with the company manager, head of the personnel and head of the sales department. Based on this information I have described the communication process as well as particular communication situations that occur in the organization. I especially appreciated the effort to give every employee the opportunity to contribute with his ideas to the expansion of the organization. Finally, I can conclude that communication in this organization is carried out well. However, it is necessary to improve continuously. Therefore, I have recommended the company several proposals, whose implementation could contribute to the improvement of the current state of communication in the organization.
Vliv podílu listnáčů ve SM monokulturách na diverzitu a druhové složení bylinného patra

This diploma thesis deals with the influence of hardwood species (particularly sessile oak -- Quercus petraea) in spruce monocultures on diversity and herb layer species composition. The aim of the thesis is create 40 phytosociological relevés with different percentage representation of aok in spruce monocultures. Particularly 10 relevés for 4 spruce monocultures variants was described: 10 relevés of 100 % spruce monocultures, 10 relevés of 90 % spruce monocultures with 10 % oak, 10 relevés of 80 % spruce monocultures with 20 % oak and up to 50 % of oak and 50 % of spruce. Resulting phytosociological data will be processed and floristic similarity of relevés will be evaluated based on species diversity indexes. The result draw conclusions about herbal layer abundance (quantitatively and qualitatively) in relation to portion of hardwood species in spruce monocultures.

The aim of this dissertation is verification of the exercise skills level of gymnastics at basic schools. The historical development of gymnastics is described in the introductory part. The theoretically-methodical part deals with the aims and tasks of the dissertation, as well as the analysis of the methods used for the verification and also the analysis of the literature which was drawn from. The representative pieces of knowledge are elaborated in the analytic part. The results of measurements and charts are dealt in the synthetic part, which consists of the numerousness of result points, the representation of result points in the particular disciplines and the survey of the successfulness in the particular school grades. All items are demonstrated synoptically in the graphic appendices.

The main aim of my bachelor work is to compare Czech and German websites, which are focused on support of equal opportunity for female on the job market, from the point of view of extent and quality of publicity of emotional intelligence as an indispensable skill for successful profession performance possibly as a precondition for a top post. As female are considered to be more perceptive, cooperative and empathetic than men, I will also study, whether data sources similarly differ between male and female emotional intelligence. German and Czech websites of relevant bodies and institutions and professional literature from German and Czech authors will be the main resources for me. I am also going to carry out opinion inquiry of selected sample of female on top posts.
Transformation of the income trading to the tax base

The graduation theses solves the interrealationsship and the differences between the income trading and the tax base. There are described and practically documented the adjustments that are necessary within the transformation. Of these adjustments there is in more detail described the depreciation of the fixed assets and the adjustments to the trade receivables. There is solved the impact of the error correction in the accounting to the tax base too. The significant part of this theses solves the problem of the thin capitalization. This problem is analysed with the view of the rigor juris in the tax period of 2008,2009 and 2010
Odpisování dlouhodobého hmotného majetku

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou odpisování dlouhodobého majetku. Po vymezení tohoto majetku z hlediska účetního a daňového jsou v práci uvedeny základní charakteristiky účetních a daňových odpisů. Zaměřením práce je dále sledovat rozdíly mezi jednotlivými metodami a postupy odpisování, jejich výhody a nevýhody. Závěrečná část práce se věnuje otázce technického zhodnocení dlouhodobého majetku a nutnosti jeho odpisování.
