Health service from institutional perspective

Government healthcare expenditures have been growing in developed countries all over the world. Usually this growth is not fully compensated by increase of GDP. Therefore new financial sources have to be found in state budget every year. The aim of this report is to find an answer to the question, why problems in the healthcare system are present all over the world and what is the reason. From institutional perspective we try to find healthcare system problems, examine them and explain their origin. The cause of the problems is given by the presence of many subjects, that have different functions, various extent of power, responsibility and even different interests. In following chapters we analyze step by step the complicated structure of the relationship between healthcare subjects. We begin with the explanation of the inception and the evolution of subjects of healthcare system. We continue with the overview of the main existing means of funding healthcare system and we finish with the analysis of the relationships. The latter part relates to the Czech healthcare system rules and laws. Special attention is given to the health insurance company (VZP ČR), which plays central role in the healthcare system of Czech Republic. Electronic information crime

Tématem diplomové práce je elektronická informační kriminalita (EIK) - fenomén dnešní doby. Cílem textu je popis a analýza daných jevu, patřičných technologických, legislativních a organizačních opatření. Úvodní kapitola podává poměrně obsáhlé informace o historickém vývoji, konceptualizaci a pachatelích EIK. Dále je rozebírána tematika informační bezpečnosti, která je s touto problematikou velmi úzce spjata. V rámci EIK jsou delikty rozděleny na porušování autorských práv, útoky na data a internetové obtěžování a podvody. Práce se dále věnuje porovnání českého a zahraničního prostředí. Problematika je zakončena pohledem informační společnosti na daný jev a krátkým zamyšlením nad vizí EIK.

School information systems - information systems for managing of primary and secondary schools

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou informačních systémů škol, které je věnována pozornost v kontextu těchto konceptů - znalostní management, manažerské informační systémy, školský management. Informační systémy škol představují softwarový nástroj podporující činnost škol z administrativního i výukového hlediska. Vývoj oblasti informačních systémů škol je charakterizován prostřednictvím praktických zkušeností ze zemí, které mají s využíváním těchto informačních systémů nejrozsáhlejší zkušenosti (Velká Británie, Nizozemsko, Hong Kong, Nový Zéland). Dále jsou přiblíženy dvě aplikace určené základním a středním školám v České republice. Vlastním přínosem autora je návrh základních aspektů modelové informační politiky školy, který je zpracován jako určitá syntéza zohledňující poznatky a zkušenosti prezentované v jednotlivých kapitolách diplomové práce. Klíčovou složku navrhované informační politiky školy představuje informační systém školy.

Use of cryptography in the Internet environment

Práce podává přehled současného stavu kryptografie v prostředí Internetu. Zaměřuje se hlavně na kryptologickou ochranu dat. Obsahuje popis možných hrozeb internetové komunikace a možností, jak jim zabránit. Jádro práce tvoří přehled kryptografických algoritmů a jejich konkrétních implementací. Zvýšená pozornost je věnována elektronickému podpisu a certifikačním autoritám.

Hypertext and hypermedia in information retrieval

Tématem práce jsou hypermédia a hypertext jako nástroj komunikace, zpracováni, ukládáni, šiřeni a prohlíženi informaci. Cilem práce je zmapováni problematiky a představeni hlavních faktorů kvalitního hypermediálniho systému. V práci jsou představeny vyhledávaci stroje se zřetelem na plnotextové vyhledávaci stroje na internetu. Analyzován je proces vyhledáváni informaci na přikladě systému OPAC. Rozebrány jsou požadavky na přístupnost hypermediálních systémů pro handicapované uživatele a pro mobilní zařízeni. Představeny jsou aplikace hypermédií v hypermediálním slovníku Wikipedia a použiti hypermédií v e-learningu.

Analysis of supplementary pension insurance between the years 1994 and 2015

This bachelor thesis deals with the development of supplementary pension insurance market. Primary goal of the thesis is to offer a complex analysis of the development of supplementary pension insurance between the years 1994 and 2015. Thesis offers a preview and summary of theoretical approaches towards pension security along with a link to progression of those approaches in Czech republic. Supplementary pension insurance is analyzed from a standpoint of conditions of the product, its gradual development, macroeconomic context and general overview of its positives and negatives. Thesis thereafter concentrates on comparative analysis of companies operating on the market, description of current changes and outlines possible future development and possible future challenges for additional pension savings.

Model kvantifikace hodnoty zákazníka

This Dissertation thesis deals with life-time value, that belongs to area of public relation management. Main part of the thesis focuses on model design of customer value quantification. Before the model was designed, three researches were performed. Two quantitative researches were focused on understanding of actual situation in the area of public relation management in the Czech Republic. This quantitative research provided information used in the model's design. Based on the research input model parameters were set. The proposed method of their processing was designed by using fuzzy logic. The final model provides customer valuation and their division into groups. Moreover, modifications that reflect needed practice are discussed within the model design. The proposed model is applied to real data at the end of the thesis.

Edvard Beneš as the Foreign Minister

Bachelor thesis deals with person Edvard Beneš as the czechoslovak Foreign Minister during the period 1918-1935. His life, studies, resistance activity and the participation in Paris Peace Conference are captured in the first part of the thesis. The most important events in post-war Europe and relations with neighboring countries, Vatican, Italy, SSSR and allies in the twenties are outlined in the second part of the thesis. Third part is concetrated on Beneš's foreign policy in the period of economic crisis and relations with other European countries in the thirties. The last part is dedicated to the Edvard Beneš's opponents. The aim of this thesis is to find out, which period of his ministery era was the most successfull and what was his biggest contribution.

Tato část zprávy pojednává o provedeném průzkumu efektivity informačních služeb Ministerstva životního prostředí. Je členěna do dvou hlavních celků: indikativní části, popisující metodiku projektu, ověřované hypotézy a závěry, a prezentační části. Ta sestává z kapitol: průzkum využití informačních služeb MŽP/CENIA pro výzkum a vývoj, analýza návštěvnosti www stránek, průzkum mezi celostátně působícími nevládními organizacemi, průzkum mezi komerčně působícími subjekty, průzkum mezi učiteli různých stupňů škol a průzkum mezi veřejnými a odbornými knihovnami.
