Možnosti využití technologií precizního zemědělství pro aplikaci hnojiv
Sedláčková, Marie
The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to describe modern methods of precision agriculture using remote sensing implemented in the technology of variable applications of nitrogen fertilizers in the operating conditions of the agricultural company and subsequently analyze their economic efficiency. The research took place in the company RenoFarma Troubky, a.s. at two selected sites of interest, DPB 0102 ("Býčí kout") and DPB 9103 ("Klínka"). For production fertilization were used seven composite images from 2014 – 2020 taken by the Landsat 7 satellite. For qualitative fertilization was used an image from the UAV Trinity F90 drone with a multispectral camera, from which were subsequently generated application maps using QGIS software. Fertilization attributes were based on NDVI categorization. The model of technological processing of variable nitrogen application using remote sensing was described and schematized. UREAstabil® fertilizer was used for production and quality fertilization. Zones of fertilizer doses (kg.ha-1) were divided and correlations with average yields (t.ha-1) were monitored. Most of the zones appeared to be economically inefficient during the monitored period. The low profitability was influenced by low yields, caused by an insufficient amount of fertilizer, the late application of the quality dose and the daily rainfall (mm) monitored at the meteorogical station Amet.
The relation of laterality and selection of rotation direction in U12 figure skaters
Hájková, Klára ; Sedláčková, Marie (advisor) ; Musálek, Martin (referee)
Title: The relation of laterality and selection of rotation direction in figure skating at children in preschool and younger school age Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to construct a test battery on the ice surface, to assess the laterality, i. e. the preferred lower limb and the preferred side of rotation and turning, for beginning figure skaters in preschool and younger school age. Subsequently, individual items of this test battery are examined with items from the standardized test battery for the child population aged 8-10 years, according to Musálek (2013). The relationships of individual test items are determined in order to determine whether the individual test items on the ice surface can be used to represent a relatively reliable tool for determining the rotation direction of a beginning figure skater. Methods: We use testing by standardized battery of tests according to Musálek (2013) for the diagnosis of motor manifestations of laterality for children aged 8-10. Next is used testing by created test battery on the ice surface, which should fulfill the purpose of demonstrate the preferred lower limb, or the preferred side of rotation and turning. Results: Test battery created for use on the ice surface shows some reliability only for test items that are designed to express the...
Biomechanical characteristics in Axel Paulsen jump variations in figure skating
Hrdličková, Kristýna ; Sedláčková, Marie (advisor) ; Šteffl, Michal (referee)
Title: Biomechanical characteristics in Axel Paulsen jump variations in figure skating Objectives: The aim of this thesis was to measure the biomechanical characteristics (height and length) of the single Axel Paulsen jump. The jump was measured from two inputs, namely from a standing position (from zero initial velocity) and from a running position (from a single backward translation). Methods: For the thesis, a quantitative research method was used, namely the measurement of selected parameters of the Axel Paulsen single jump. The measurements were performed on a sample of 16 female figure skaters, in the age range of 10 -16 years. Bar graphs were created for each variable as part of the analysis. The best trials were always selected for quantitative analysis. Furthermore, means and standard deviations were calculated. Due to the size of the measured sample, non-parametric methods were used to test the hypotheses. The Wilcoxon matched pairs test was used, and error plots were generated. Data analysis and graphs were created using IBM SPSS Statistics 24 statistical software. Results: It was found that the single Axel Paulsen jump length values are longer in the run-up version. For the Axel Paulsen single jump height values, it was found that the jump height on the average is 0.5 cm higher in the...

Kindlová, Jana ; Sedláčková, Marie (advisor) ; Süss, Vladimír (referee)
Název: Choreografie jízdy skupiny synchronizovaného bruslení v závislosti na novém systému hodnocení v krasobruslení Title: Choreography of synchronized skating program in subordination on a new judging system Jméno a příjmení: Bc. Jana Kindlová Cíle práce: Diplomová práce se bude věnovat vzniku, rozvoji a pravidlům relativně nové disciplíny v rámci Mezinárodní bruslařské unie (ISU) a v rámci Českého krasobruslařského svazu (ČKS). Práce dále využívá studia literárních pramenů - odborné publikace, monografie, odborná periodika, dále pak studia a analýzy videozáznamů, zkušeností z mezinárodních tréninkových kempů, seminářů trenérů, konzultací s technickými specialisty a vlastních zkušeností autorky. Výsledky: Práce podává srozumitelný výklad nového systému hodnocení v synchronizovaném bruslení. Jejím výsledkem je zároveň ucelený návrh choreografie krátkého programu pro seniorský tým, včetně schématických znázornění jednotlivých prvků a odůvodnění...

Kuldová, Ludmila ; Sedláčková, Marie (advisor) ; Süss, Vladimír (referee)
Program components in figure skating focused on transitions Objective: Evaluation of free rides men and women of the World Figure Skating Championships 2009 focusing on the connecting elements. Method: The method used is structured observation. Indirectly the video was monitored 12 free skating women and 14 men's free skating at the World Championship 2009. He was skaters observed movement between the different elements with a view to connecting elements. Based on pre-defined categories was observed in their frequency. These categories are meant various types of turns, steps and other fasteners. Results: Observation illuminate composition fasteners in races top skaters. Reveal the current situation in the use of various types of turnovers, steps and other fasteners, which can be challenging when creating new racing rides.
