Title: Identification of sport manager's role and creation of the type position of a sport manager in the Czech Republic and Germany Objectives: The main objective of the primary survey is to examine the job-side situation of "Sports Manager" on the labour market on the Czech Republic and Germany. Compare the differences between demands for sports managers and use the results of empirical research to introduce a sports manager. The partial goals, comments and recommendations were formulated as follows: 1) Determine which knowledge and skills are relevant to HR department (human recources department) and quantify them. 2) Verify that HR department requires education and practice, and specify the type of education, length and type of practice. Title: Correlation of evaluation criteria of non-investment programs of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports on the example of Czech Badminton Union Objectives: The aim of this work is to determine the degree of dependence of the evaluation criteria of national sports associations on the amount of funds received from the non-investment programs of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. Methods: In this thesis was used a method of analysis of secondary data, namely documents issued by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and the Czech Badminton Union. For the calculations in the practical part of this thesis was used correlation and regression analysis. The MS Office Excel tools were used to determine the correlation coefficients - Regression function and then the Solver function to predict model situations. Results: For all the evaluation criteria surveyed in this thesis, the positive dependence to income of Czech Badminton Union was confirmed. The increase in the membership base, the number of national team players or the number of players included in regional youth training centres cause the increase of volume of financial contributions received from the non-investment programs of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. 1 Abstract Title: Dynamic competitive balance in European football leagues Objectives The quality of objective of this master thesis is the analysis of dynamic competitive balance of ten European football leagues. Namely the English league, the German league, the Dutch league, the Greek league, the Romanian league, the Czech league, the Danish league, the Polish league, the Cyprian league, the and the Bulgarian league and their comparison. Methods: Dynamic competitive balance showed by the Lorenz curve of the number of league champions during the period under review. Results: The results show comparison of dynamic competitive balance in top European leagues. Further refute or confirm the established assumption of same trend in the designated groups divided by market value and competitive format. Title: Development strategy for the brand manufacturing surfboards Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out a "white spot" on the surfboard market and create a product and brand to fill this area. Another task is to apply strategic brand management steps. These steps will be guided from the very beginning of product and brand development through building the brand equity and its image. Then the study will choose appropriately brand elements and the brand building will continue up to brand next development and innovative activity. Methods: This paper analyzes the secondary data obtained from the results of market surveys conducted in the field of surfboard industry during 2017 and 2018. The data obtained were further processed for market competition analysis and creation of a positional map. Using these methods helped to find out and establish the position of the new brand in the surfboard market. Results: The paper has discovered an empty space on the market covered by demand and with no supply made. This place was complemented by a new product. Title: Sponsorship of Big Shock Racing Team and their cooperation Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to suggest new sponsorship offer for potential sponsors of Big Shock Racing Team and realize how the team cooperate with their actual sponsors. Methods: The main method used in this thesis is qualitative method, specifically several interviews with a driver of Big Shock Racing Team Martin Macik Jr., who deal with sponsorship in their team. The method of analysis and observation were used too. Results: From the interviews I realized that the team does not currently have complete sponsorship offer. They try to negotiate individually with their partners and try to fulfill their individual requirements. First of all the current situation was analyzed and than, four sponsorship packages were created to help the team with their future sponsors. For the collection of data the methods of quantitative research and analysis of internal documents were used. It was discovered that the parents of players at the time of inscription into the club used the majority of the club's instruments of marketing communication. Title: Comparison of subsidies in sport and physical education in Pardubice and Hradec Kralove in 2014 Objectives: The main aim of this diploma thesis verifies the functioning of the redistribution mechanisms, which redistribute public funds in the sport field, as one of the areas to which funds from public budgets are directing. The partial aim of the thesis makes the financial expenditures and the structure in sport and physical education out of the public budgets in the Czech Republic in 2014 clear. Another of the partial Objectives of the work determines, above all by describing the analysis of specific subsidy expenditures on sport from municipal budgets and SWOT analysis, the amount of the total expenditure on sport in both cities and finding possible pitfalls of financing. Title: Identification of sport manager's role and creation of the type position of a sport manager in the Czech Republic Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to identify the profile of a sport manager, which is demanded by Czech labour market and creation of the type positon of a "sport manager". The resulting profile of the sport mnager should help future sport managers to better prepare for the requierements and demands of the labour market. Title: The concept of internal PR in dance school Easy Dance 2000 Objectives: Creating an internal PR concept in dance school Easy Dance 2000 for the school year of 2017/2018 based on analysis carried out in dance school and selected interest groups of the dance school. Methods: The analysis of in-groups was used in this thesis for selecting the interests groups. Qualitative research methods, specifically observer surveys, in-depth interviews, and focal groups, were used for further analyzes of current situation and current relationships with interest groups. Results: The research shows that employees and members have a positive attitude towards dance school, trust each other and positively describe the overall atmosphere of the school. Problems occur in a lack of information, in group members' relationships and in dance styles, or in small possibilities of getting involved as members. The created concept includes a specific layout of tools for each month of the school year 2017/2018. To raise internal public awareness of all things the concept includes informational meetings with employees, informational first dance lessons and creating magazine ED News.
