Risk analysis of operated horizontal milling machine

This bachelor thesis concerns about the risk analysis of the operated console horizontal milling machine produced in 1963. The thesis contains an overview of the valid legislation of the European Union and the Czech Republic concerning occupational safety and health. Subsequently, a review of the current harmonized standards and standards valid in the year of construction is conducted. Another part of the thesis is the identification of hazards and the proposal of preventive measures to reduce risks. In conclusion, acquired knowledge is summarized.

Bachelor thesis is focused on risk analysis for boring machine WH 80. Other part is solving literature review of EU regulations and regulations of Czech Republic focused on mentions machinery and health and safety at work. Contains summary of harmonised standards in forces for boring machine. Harmonized standard ČSN EN ISO 12100:2011 was take into consideration during elaborate of risk analysis. Contains summary of hazard at boring machine. For clarity was single hazard classify to right segment. From regulations was mention that parts which are connected to boring machines and work with them. All harmonised standards were described in brief.
Project automation of manipulation with piston

This diploma thesis deals with solution of project automatization of manipulation with piston. On the basic theoretical knowledge about Bosch Company and terms connected with automatization in industry is tied up with detailed description of actual state of solution, which presents workplace as the thesis issue. After that follows the project of processes containing time simulations and description of variants of the solution, from which is selected the best one. The selected variant is descripted in a special chapter, where is analysed the concept of optimized workplace with its elements of automatization and its parts. Workplace is appraised by technical-economic way, where is included the project calculation of backflow. In last point is made risk analysis used for reduction of risks and increase of the workplace safety.

This thesis looks into improving of tubes filling mechanism. The thesis concentrates on the analysis of the current machines technology and the suggested innovation in view of given input parameters followed by construction calculations, project design and comparison of currently used versus proposed solution. The aim of the thesis is to propose a design of a replacement of filling mechanism drive to achieve more efficiency in regards with the process of the filling of the tube by a product, decrease the time period required for this process and preserve or lower the production costs.

In the theorical part are discribed the history of light production, construction and types of headlight and also optimalization tools.
